[Blind Gossip] We’ve talked to you before about this former TV actor and how different his current life is from his former life.
He is a comedic actor who is best known for a quirky and iconic role he had on a sitcom in the 1990s.
He experienced a series of personal problems that led to a string of unfortunate events.
His issues persisted over many years.
He was such a mess, in fact, that when he former cast mates got together to do a revival of the series, they left our actor out in the cold. Yes, even though he was one of the principals of the original production!
We told you that he ran out of job prospects and money and wound up moving back in with his parents.
However, that seemed to spark a positive change in him. Living with them was going well. He seemed sober and happy.
Unfortunately, he has gone off the track again.
He was recently drinking with a group of people in a warm weather state.
Went to a party at [redacted’s] house in [redacted] and couldn’t believe [Actor] was there! I used to watch his show in the 90s.
We got to party hard with him for hours.
Nice guy, but, man, he is an absolute train wreck!
Darn. Just when we thought he had cleaned up.
We wonder if his sobriety came to a screeching halt because he was rejected from the revival of the show that made him famous?
Here’s hoping his train has just temporarily derailed and Actor can get back on track soon!

Actor/TV Show: Dustin Diamond/Saved By The Bell
We have some sad news to report.
Dustin Diamond, best known for playing Screech in the sitcom Saved By The Bell, has passed away at the age of 44.
This was the second time we had written about Dustin Diamond lately.
The first was the blind item His Life Is Very Different Now where we talked about how Diamond had sobered up and was living with his family in Florida in October 2020.
Unfortunately, he relapsed not long after that and was back to partying in November 2020.
Then he was admitted to the hospital in January 2021 in severe pain.
At the time, we did not know if his hospitalization was related to his habits or if was an entirely separate matter.
Unfortunately, he received a diagnosis of Stage Four cancer. He began chemotherapy but it was too late.
Dustin Diamond passed away today.
Dustin Diamond, ‘Saved by the Bell’ star, dead at 44
Dustin Diamond, who played the role of Screech on the popular 1990s high school comedy “Saved by the Bell,” died Monday after a recent cancer diagnosis, according to Diamond’s manager, Roger Paul.
He was 44. Diamond first shared news of his cancer diagnosis last month.
At the time, his manager said his client’s health was “serious” and that Diamond was undergoing further testing at a Florida hospital. He underwent his first round of chemotherapy days later.
An actor and stand-up comedian, Diamond found fame playing Samuel “Screech” Powers for more than a decade on the “Saved by the Bell” franchise.
The teen series was recently reimagined by the Peacock streaming service with some of the original stars, though not Diamond.
Diamond was the only original cast mate who was not asked to participate in the revival in some way.
He stirred controversy with his 2009 book “Behind the Bell,” in which Diamond shared backstage stories about shooting the series with some of his accounts being less than flattering to his costars.
He also faced some legal troubles, serving three months in jail for stabbing a man during a 2014 altercation at a bar in Wisconsin.
The actor has appeared in a number of reality shows over the years, including “Celebrity Fit Club,” “Celebrity Boxing 2” and “Celebrity Championship Wrestling.” In 2018, he appeared as his “Saved by the Bell” character in the Funny or Die series, “Zack Morris Is Trash.”
Here’s Dustin Diamond looking confident in Celebrity Boxing 2:
Diamond’s “Save by the Bell” costars, Mario Lopez and Tiffany Thiessen, paid tribute to the late actor on Instagram.
“Dustin, you will be missed my man,” Lopez wrote. “The fragility of this life is something never to be taken for granted. Prayers for your family will continue on.”
Here’s a photo of Dustin Diamond and Mario Lopez during an interview Diamond did with Lopez for Extra TV a few years ago.
“I am deeply saddened by I the news of my old co-star @realdustindiamond passing,” Thiessen wrote. “Life is extremely fragile and it’s something we should never take for granted. God speed Dustin.
Dustin Diamond was a talented actor who created a very memorable character in a classic sitcom.
Our condolences to the Diamond family.
