Not So Charitable

[Blind Gossip] We told you before that this TV personality’s husband had taken a lot from her without her permission.

We suggested that she hire a forensic accountant to help her figure out where everything went in preparation for a divorce.

Well, the situation just got more interesting!

Basically, even if he did take money or things from her, he has several legal defenses. He could say that it was community property. Or he could say that she had given him permission to take the items while she was drunk or high and she just doesn’t remember. There’s no paperwork, so it could turn into a he said/she said argument that could go either way.

However, he got greedy and did something really stupid.

You see, there was a large amount of money that was supposed to go to a charity. He misdirected it… right into his own pocket!

Depending on exactly how he did this, his activity could be classified as grand theft or felony embezzlement. If there were write offs as charitable deduction, we could be talking about tax fraud as well.

He could go to prison for this.

While she wanted to get her money and her things back, our TV star was not thinking about the possibility that her husband could go to jail. Thinking about the impact this would have on their child/ren is completely freaking her out!

    Yes, you are right! Showing her son how important it is to do what is right, legally & morally, by testifying against Kevin Sr. will set a good/healthy example for her son. He will see that people who lie/cheat/steal from people who love them the most are ruinous to the whole family, so testifying against the bad person is a good/healthy thing to do. But by doing nothing, she sets the example of how a doormat spouse allows a bad person to ruin the entire family.

    Parents don’t give kids enough credit for being aware of parental dyamics… if she thinks her kids don’t know what a nasty piece of work their father is (from the internet, if not firsthand experience) she’s delusional. He DESERVES prison if what we’ve all read is true.

    OOOOH my god wendy stop… In my opinion the impact thing,.. should be seen as, … Your cray and creedy lying making a baby while married to another woman dad did something very wrong,..

    People go to jail for this so he will to…
    uhm very simple really, come on now the “kid” is 18yrs old… He can deal!

    Also he can read he must have all that is written about his dad he is not stupid, he prob saw a lot in the house…

    She will draw the line at sending him to jail. She talks a good story but she’ll cave. She doesn’t want him in prison for her son’s sake, so she’s a good mom but a bad man-picker. Better luck next time.

      The forensic accountant would be required to report a crime as part of being licensed, so Kevin needs to pay that money back & hope he gets probation.

      It’s probably not her decision to make. If she hired a forensic accountant & the accountant found evidence of a crime, that has to be reported.

    Wendy Williams , getting taken to the cleaners by scumbag Kevin Hunter. Not at all a surprise that he was stealing money from their foundation. So glad he got sloppy at the end of the marriage by buying Sharina a car, paying for her baby’s delivery in cash, etc. I hope he gets goose egg, nada, zilch! Going to prison would be the cherry on top!

      Her kids need to know that their father is a Narcissistic Sociopath so they can get into therapy ASAP to minimize damage to them and their development. They need to know he is NOT NORMAL!
