She Has To Pay To Stay

October 2, 2022 Blind Gossip

[Pop Bitch] This socialite’s fashion business is running at an eye-watering loss.

Why is this happening?

In part because one of the fancy department stores she loves to visit – just to see her products on sale there – is being massively incentivized by her company to keep stock visible on shelves.

Socialite:

[Optional] What was the last department store you went to in person? Was the store better or worse than it was a few years ago?

Immediate thought was Victoria Beckham. Her line’s been losing money for years.

But the linked blind is Paris Hilton, does she have a clothing line? I don’t follow her, so no idea.

VB wouldn’t be described as a socialite.

Has to be Victoria Beckham, her company’s been running at a massive loss for years apparently. Paying a department store to stock her products sounds very much like the beckham MO…

Can’t remember the last department store I visited, where I live we have hardly any real shops left! Such a shame, feel for kids growing up not having the joys of a shopping trip with their friends on a weekend.

I’ve been to Belk’s A few times over the last few years. Not much has changed. I like it that way.

^This^. I haven’t been to a department store in years. I feel frustrated that the money spent on this vain nonsense isn’t used to help people in need.
