[Pop Bitch] One thing has really struck us over this election. 

We have honestly spent more time and effort trying to stand up a story we heard this week about a former EastEnders star who has allegedly developed a bit of a thing for puke-play in the bedroom than some of the country’s leading political pundits do when they’re handed some transparently obvious horseshit from their “senior sources.”

Maybe that’s our fault.

Maybe we give a little too much of our headspace over to deciding whether or not it’s plausible that a beloved British soap actor would want to roll around in a puddle of vomit for kicks.

Maybe we should just blurt it all out. (Which, apparently, he’d love.)

For the minute, we’ve decided we’re going to hold off.

Celebrity emetophilia might not be anywhere near as important or significant as a general election but, still, we feel like we owe it to you to get it right – even though we’re certain we could set Twitter ablaze with it if we wanted to.

    They just took EE off of PBS here —- tooo expeeeensive….I’ve been watching it for 20 years at least! 🙁 I would love to think it was the shaved hog that plays ‘Phil’.

    So you did not want to get into this before the election. And you mentioned political pundits. And Boris Johnson guest starred in 2009. And even though I do not believe this, just gonna throw it out there.

      He’s not a beloved British actor though. It wouldn’t be what he was known for.

      It def sounds like a bona fide, popular actor who the public has a fondness for and who probably stayed in the public eye after leaving EE. A few names spring to mind but its so gross I can barely believe it’s a thing. Do people genuinely do this?

    Not a clue – while I lived in the UK I watched Emmerdale.

    Great job, UK! So proud of you all for finally voting in a Parliament that will get Brexit done.

    Incidently, EastEnders hasn’t been watchable for decades.

    No clue on the actor. Never have seen the show.

    Most disgusting celeb: A tie between Johnny (“use my filthy, severed finger as a graffiti marker”) Depp and Kareem Abdull Jabar who puked into a bowl while at an Asian restaurant then handed it off to a server to get rid of it. Honorable mention goes to John Meyer for his pooh in the bedroom fetish.

    Not familiar with the show, so I couldn’t guess who he is.
    By and large, two consenting adults can do what they want if no one’s hurt. But, gee whiz, I just do not get why this would be a turn on for anybody.
