She Is Not Going Down With Him

[Blind Gossip] While she should be spending her time enjoying being a mom and making money showing off on social media, this female celebrity has something serious on her mind right now.

The father of her children is in trouble.

While she is publicly standing by him and supporting him, something a little different is going on behind the scenes.

She doesn’t know what is going to happen to him but she knows his behavior could be very costly. She has to be prepared if something bad happens.

She is working with someone to separate their finances (this asset in his name only, that asset in her name only, trusts for the children, etc.).

She doesn’t think that their kids are going to go hungry or anything like that. She just wants the security of knowing that her assets are totally separate from his. His behavior is just too unpredictable to know what is going to happen.

Basically, if he goes down she is not going down with him!

    Kylie and Travis – don’t know why her assets would be in danger. They aren’t married, just making babies.
    Kim and Kanye – I would imagine their assets have been mostly separated since marriage. Can’t see Kris allowing Kim’s assets to be in jeopardy.
    Alec and Hilaria – This was who I imagined from the beginning of the article.

    In many states the assets are protected if joint, unless you are planning on divorcing but you can separate them during divorce then his assets will be attached. Who know what screwy way New York law is on this, if different. Why is she still being called Hilaria, it’s not her name?

      It’s Kim. She just filed papers for a legal separation from Kanye. That would protect her assets.

    She’s despicable. She knew he was an alcoholic and abusive rage monster. Her and her fake history, fake name and pretending she couldn’t say cucumber on national tv? They’re both narcissists. It’s wise to protect the children. He does belong in jail. Her dropping the story that he told her to shut up while in labor because he was on a phone call ? She’s divorcing him. 6 very small kids at 63, he took any job to support them. Feel bad for the kids.

    How sad this could be many. Wording is vague. The hint is Kris Kross I think. KK but I thought Kim and Kanye were settled. Kylie is more probable bc Travis Scott will go down hard if he can’t apologize and own up.
    This also fits Hilaria and Alec. Her lame attempt at humor/husband shaming for shushing her while in labor.
    Also Fergie and Andrew, but they are also divorced.

    They’re not together anymore, so he’s really not her responsibility and she needs to protect her future. I know that we as a public like to criticise her and take the mick but this is one instance where she gets no judgement from me.

    I think she is being smart. They aren’t really a couple anymore I don’t think. But like her sisters, she only has kids with ONE baby daddy. So they are “back together” at least until this new baby shows up.
    She has no intention of letting him affect her fortune.

    It amazes me how calculating a person can be. Also, do marriage vows mean nothing?
    They are both very troubled people and I would guess not easy to live with. I feel she is being selfish since he earned the vast majority of the money and we should all be able to expect the loyalty of our spouses in times of difficulty, no matter how difficult we can be.
    Hopefully this will be a warning to other celebs to fully vet and background check their love…

      Wait, what? He has been a dbag for YEARS. She should have vetted HIM, if anything. The fact that she didn’t doesn’t speak too well of her, but the signs were all there and she should’ve seen them. To be cold about it, she probably did a cost/benefit analysis – and got it wrong.

      Agreed that she should stand by him, but really he doesn’t deserve it.

    Hilaria Baldwin. Alec could be facing criminal charges and will definitely be sued in civil court. His ability to work could be severely impacted, too. Even if what she is doing is smart, it’s shady. She chose to have a flock of kids with a guy who verbally abused his oldest daughter and has a history of volatile behavior. She should have anticipated something like this sooner and established her own accounts and separate assets. To do it now is in bad taste.

      Sorry, don’t agree. Yeah, she did choose to have a “flock of kids” with him, but who in the world could have foreseen this situation? I’m no fan of either of them, but she’s at least a little blindsided; his rage issues really don’t have all that much to do with this horrible accident.

    Selfish, as she shows no concern for Halyna’s family & what Alec owes them, given that Alec shot & killed Halyna. Also, Hilaria seems done with Alec, given her snide comment about him telling her to shush when she was in labor. I’m guessing that Alec is being an even bigger D in how he’s behaving now. It’s also smart to keep their assets separate. Because Alex is gonna pay thru the a $ $.

      Actually, I DO believe her about Alec telling her to shush when she was in labor. In fact, I’ll bet that Alec did that to her on a regular basis because HE was the star and thus the one to make the rules and hold court. He’s an A-1 egotist. She is too, for sure, but he put her right in her “place” when he was talking to reporters about the shooting and she butt in. I think we can count on Alec making sure that HE is always the one to speak and be heard.

    This sounds like Hilaria Baldwin except she’s not really a celebrity. So if not her I don’t know. If it is her, they would both be smart to move the personal assets into her name because even if he gets off without a criminal conviction, he could be civilly liable which could cost million$$$.
