Two Selfless Celebrities

[Blind Gossip] You have probably read about all the celebrities who recently flew to Italy on their private jets.

They were there to talk about climate change and how to save the environment.

Then they partied like rock stars and sped around in their Maseratis and patted themselves on the back for being such caring people.

Then they got on their mega yachts and talked about they could share all their brilliant ideas with the little people.

We are so very lucky to have these selfless folks looking out for us!

However, they may have been so busy that they didn’t notice a certain sleeping arrangement.

[Redacted and redacted] shared a room.

Is it because using the lights in only one room would conserve electricity? Is it because only having to wash one set of sheets would help save the planet?

Or is it because these two guys simply enjoy hooking up?

The latter is more plausible.

In any case, it’s actually a smart move.

Why?

Because if they are seen together in the future, they can say that it is because they are working on some shared environmental passion project… and everyone will believe them because they both attended this particular gathering!

    Of all the mentioned combinations I would think the most likely is Styles and Bloom. I think it’s a shame there could not be a volcanic eruption with one big boulder flying far enough to hit Geffen’s yacht wherever that is.

    Yes, the celebrities at this conference are hypocrites. Their hypocrisy
    does not change the FACT that manmade climate change is real and the most serious threat mankind has ever faced.

    Leo and Bradley Cooper. Both were there. Leo’s probably got the Velvet Mafia covering his tracks while he pretends to be dating that airhead child with her Instagram crybaby stunt. Geffen was there too.

      UK papers now reporting that Bradley and Brad Pitt were hanging out together. Either we’re wrong or Leo’s PR people are stepping in to try and distract from the blind item and make it look like it was someone else. Throwing his co-star under the bus as a diversion. What do people see in Bradley Cooper anyway? He looks like a Barry Manilow weasel with psycho eyes.

    Doubt their goodwill is enough offset the CO2 emissions

    Shallow and self serving celebrities are amusing, and annoying when they venture outside of their Hollywood bubble and foray into the real world… then retreat back to their gilded mansions and lifestyles to party.

    The most blatantly hypocritical event ever. They came in 114 private jets and a flotilla of super yachts! I hope the one thing that comes out of it is people seeing these people for who they truly are – a bunch of rich snobs who want the rest of us to do as they say, not as they do; all the while blaming us peons for “climate change”.
    A brain eating bacteria would starve to death at that summit.

    Not sure because of ages but HS says he likes older women so maybe he also likes older men.

    I mean, seems pretty obvious to me. A bunch of rich people who act holier-than-thou about the environment despite driving gas-guzzling cars and having private planes getting together to act like they’re doing something about it even though they really aren’t.

    Ok, so new here, but I am going to take a guess and say Orlando Bloom and David Geffen, the clue being yacht, Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry arrived to the summit on a yacht with owner of the yacht David Geffen. The gathering is silly and wasteful of resources in my opinion, it is ironic.

    Rumored closet case Bradley Cooper and Harry Styles at the Google Camp. At first I thought Bradley Cooper and Leonardo DiCaprio. But Leo spent the first half of the week promoting his new movie at the other end of Europe, so if he even attended the camp at all (according to Daily Mail, he did), it is unlikely he slept there.

    Don’t tell me that because I want to use a straw and that by my insisting on being able to drive my car, I am killing our planet …then fly around on a private jet, drive around in a sports car, and yacht around for their leisure and pretend that you’re saving the world. Get away from me with that crap.

    When celebrities and politicians walk the walk, I’ll consider changing my mind. Until then, give me a bunch of straws and get out of the left hand lane. I drive…

      But change can happen at every level. Just because you think that these celebrities are hypocritical (I agree) doesn’t mean that you can’t make changes yourself. I constantly remind myself that this world we created is what will be left for my kids and grandkids. I want them to have the healthiest planet possible. So no, I don’t use plastic straws. I bought reusable metal ones.

      Carole, completely agree. It’s quite amazing when you start to look at your own consumption of things like takeaway coffee cups and straws etc. They really rarely serve any purpose (what’s wrong with drinking out of a washable cup/mug?!) but we take them mindlessly. It all starts at an individual level- these hypocrites have staff to sweep their litter out of sight, but we are the ones sharing beaches with trash.

      Trust me, Carole and others, I do a lot to make my part of the world nicer than when I found it, and I will DEFINITELY be leaving it better off for those who come after I’ve gone. I do not need celebrities and out of touch politicians to try to shane/embarrass or dictate to me how I need to change and what I need to do, all the while they’re wasteful and overindulged. Forget it.

      A legitimate grassroots campaign has more of an impact for lasting change than Hollywood/Gore/etc.

      While I agree with you that these people are incredibly hypocritical, that quality is not a characteristic of what political party they vote for. Hypocrites are everywhere. Liberals…conservatives…they all have their jerks, and their good people. Peace, my friend. We’re all created equal.
