[Blind Gossip] These two siblings get along well and seem like nice people, but they are secretly very competitive with each other!

They both star on television shows. They both make millions of dollars a year, but the older one is richer. Why? Older’s salary is higher. Younger tends to spend more. Younger also lost some money in a divorce.

When Older started talking about moving on from their television show after many years, Younger was quick to encourage them.

[Younger] kept saying, “Go for it! You deserve a new challenge!” but is secretly hoping that [Older] will take a break for a year or two so [Younger] can claim the family crown of being the highest paid!

    I looked up Zoey Deschanel makes way more than her sister and apparently is known for being quite good with money.

    I was going to say some of the Karadashians…Kim and Khloe maybe? But then I reread and saw it seemed like they were both nice people. Ha.

    So maybe the Deschanels? I would think Zooey already made more than Emily though.

    Emily is older and has been on Bones longer. Zooey has New Girl and she divorced Ben Gibbard of Deathcab for Cutie as few years back.

    Emily and Zooey Deschanel? Emily is older, her show Bones is ending and it’s been on air for more than 10 years and she earns more than Zooey. Zooey went through a divorce not so long ago.

    Optional: yes I know how much my sibling makes but I have never thought to make it a competition though

    I have no idea how much my brother makes, and really don’t guess I have ever thought about it much.

      Well, since everyone says that Zooey makes more and is smart with money, maybe it isn’t the Deschanels.

      In rereading the blind, it could be Kim and Khloe, though “nice” doesn’t really fit. Both are on “KUWTK” and Khlohoe has “Revenge Body”. The blind does refer to one quitting. THEIR” show. It’s always being rumored that Kim may be quitting KUWTK. I can see Khlohoe encouraging Kim to quit and pursue other things, though with zero talent, I’m not sure what that would be. I detest…

    I want to say Emily and Zooey Deschanel (older and younger, respectively), but the blind makes it sound like Emily is thinking about leaving Bones of her own volition and Zooey is encouraging her, but I believe Bones is being cancelled so Emily is not really “choosing” to leave. Got nuthin’ else.

      Also I looked up their salaries and Zooey makes more, and apparently is known for being extremely frugal.

    “Younger” Hillary Duff, also the name of her show. Hillary has seemed pretty thirsty to me since her divorce

    I know what my siblings make, but numbers aren’t everything higher mortgage, student and car payments etc and everything starts looking different with who has spending money

    The Deschanel sisters? Zooey is on “New Girl” and Emily is on “Bones.” “Bones” is a more established show so it makes sense for Emily to earn more (and I can see Zooey spending a lot, plus Zooey’s divorced from Ben Gibbard, the Death Cab for Cutie guy). “Bones” has also been on long enough that Emily could plausibly want to move on.

    Optional: I have a good idea about one of my siblings (she makes about what I make or a little more) and the other makes almost nothing and constantly reminds us all of his plight in life. (He prefers manipulating and lying for money rather than getting a second job or working overtime)
