Sporting His Own Bubble

July 23, 2020 Blind Gossip

    What’s a shag pad? Just a place you rent for indiscretions?

    Either:
    Jose Mourinho – Tottenham manager. The blind stating ‘special attention’ makes me think of Mourinho’s nickname of ‘the special one’.
    Or…
    David Moyes – West Ham manager. “I’m forever blowing bubbles” is the club’s anthem. Although the reference to bubbles and the photo of bubbles may just only be referring to Covid-19 bubbles.

    Jose Mourinho

    Clues:
    ‘Sporting’ – he used to work as a translator at Sporting Lisbon;
    ‘special’ – his nickname is ‘The Special One’

    David Moyes/West Ham?
    “I’m Forever Blowing Bubbles” is their song

    I’m a huge hockey fan (Go Knights!) and I’m stoked to see the Stanley Cup games. I love Premier League (COYG!) so it’s been great having that back.

    West Ham / David Moyes
    I’m forever blowing bubbles clue.
    Moyes is of dubious character. I know that for a fact!

    David Moyes? He’s the manager for West Ham and their song is “forever blowing bubbles”. Also “comings and goings” could relate to the fact he left West Ham then returned 2 years later to manage again. I’m just guessing from the clues though.
