[Blind Gossip] It’s a little early for Halloween, but this actress seems to have donned some sort of disguise.

For the record, she is currently appearing on a hit TV series. She is usually looking for ways to get attention, so we don’t know why she would don a ton of hair to hide under.

Then again, given that she probably knows everyone in Hollywood, perhaps Cher gifted the wig to her personally?

    I don’t think Rumer Willis is staring on a popular tv show and why would she wear a wig that looks like the color of her own hair?!

    But it really looks like Rumor Willis.

    Don’t know much about US TV series, but I’m guessing the clue is “don a”, so google brings up Sarah Rafferty whose “Suits” character is called Donna.

    She looks a bit like Demi Moore’s daughter, Rumer. I didn’t even know she was an actress if it is her and I don’t know what the repeated reference to Don is.

    Her facial features are very distinctive even though she’s gotten a lot of work done to it. Can’t hide even behind that mess of a wig lol
