Other Than Taylor Swift

[Blind Gossip] Taylor Swift’s  singing and dancing and politics and awards were the main attraction at the American Music Awards last night.

Because of that, you might not have been paying attention to some of the other musicians who were there.

Like this singer.

She is pregnant. She didn’t want to flaunt it at the AMAs but she’ll be making an announcement soon.

    Love Taylor. She’s talented and smart, and has avoided the path of addiction that ruined Selena and Demi. Plus she interacts with her fans the best of any artist in the business.

    I like most things about her. The squad was kind of lame, but she treats her fans amazing. She takes time out to visit her young fans in hospital. She gave her two cents on who she is voting for but didn’t pressure anyone to vote her way, just to educate yourself on who/why you are voting for. And her testimony on that jerk on who grabbed her ass made her a badass to me.

    Anyone who doesn’t think she can sing should watch her performances at the Grammy museum.

    I like some of Taylor’s songs, but don’t care for her personally. I think she always tries to play the victim card when in reality she is a mean girl. The Kanye tape really showed her for what she is.

    I’m going with Taylor Swift. She looked thick around the waist and I noticed no disclaimer about photo and blind not being related.

    Taylor Sweet is a singer for tweens who haven’t developed their musical taste buds. Adults should have moved on long ago.

    Her self righteousness and seeming lack of self awareness. She writes catchy tunes, but her voice is like nails on a chalkboard and it’s irksome that no one has the balls to tell her.

    I didn’t watch the AMAs. Lately, it’s all auto-tuned ‘singers’ like the Grammys. Celeb endorsements don’t matter to voters. Maybe if you are 13 it matters. Yes, I’ve voted R, D, and I in elections. As a musician who has been in the studio…. ugh… can’t anyone sing without autotune anymore?

    No guesses on the blind. But what I liked most about TSwift was her eagerness to embrace the “next chapter” in her life (as stated in one of her acceptance speeches) — one that hopefully involves coming out and living openly with Karlie Kloss.

    I used to like Taylor Swift because she kept didn’t do any political posturing, but I can see those days have passed.

    I dislike the most about Taylor Swift is that she writes songs about her relationship for the sole act to cash in on the lies she tells in hopes to ruin someone’s reputation. She set out to ruin everybody’s reputation from Jonas to Perry. She exaggerated and sometimes outright lied to hurt someone. You know I am right.

      I know no such thing. IMHO, You’re wrong. Many singers write about the relationships they have had. Look at Joni Mitchell’s work.

    Singer: my guess was going to be Carrie Underwood, but I saw she already announced it, so I’m not sure.

    What do you like most about Taylor Swift? I like her music and she has a right to express her personal opinion. She said who she was voting for in two specific Tennessee elections where she votes. I also think her more global message of making sure to vote regardless of your political bent as long as you vote your values is a very responsible and valuable message that earned my respect.

    Ella Mai kept putting her hand on her stomach like she was pregnant. Even my middle aged husband asked if she was. If he noticed, it’s pretty obvious.

    Halsey. She said in late July “I could get pregnant after this tour”… likely, she already was. Late October would be 4 months… her dress had volume, and she’d be barely showing this week, but 3 more weeks she’ll have a harder time covering it.

      I saw her on tour a week and a half ago and she wore pretty revealing stuff and looked as thin as ever. I’m pretty sure she mentioned that she’d had a miscarriage, but I don’t think she specified when.

      I don’t think it’s her, but I could be wrong and she’s just not showing yet.

    Taylor said who will be her choice, but also something very important: look what the person, You want to vote for, did. what she/he said. what is his/hers opinion on things, that are important for You. this is essential, no meather who You want to choose.

    I like that Taylor is willing to use her platform to speak out on injustice. I feel sorry that people are attacking her, while it’s okay for Kid Rock and Ted Nugent to openly support their candidate.

    She can’t sing, dance, she writes mediocre songs about her life, catchy enough for radio, so it’s not about liking or disliking, I just don’t understand her phenomenon. And I’m European actually, so she’s not really famous here. Maybe english-speaking countries are really into her, that’s why she’s still somewhere, but go out to the world – and no, minimal numbers of people know her…
