Her Healthy Lifestyle Claim Is A Stretch

[Blind Gossip] It’s always interesting to watch celebrities pat themselves on the back for their healthy lifestyles!

The actress we are going to discuss is the one with the long-running TV series. Yes, she does movies, too, but that funny series is what brought her fame.

She loves to talk about her healthy lifestyle, marked by a serious diet and vigorous exercise. Very disciplined. Whenever people talk about how she looks the same as she did twenty years ago, she credits those healthy habits.

Her wholesome look is why she gets paid the big bucks to endorse the products of several health and beauty-related companies.

But is she actually leading a healthy life?

Our actress claims that she quit smoking years ago, but…

She still smokes over a pack a day. Just don’t try to take a photo of her smoking. She’ll flip out. She once paid a paparazzi $400 cash to delete the shots from his camera!

    Gotta be Jennifer Aniston. The smoking is how she controls her appetite to stay skinny. She looks pretty good to me.

    If its her, she does look pretty good for her age! Might have gone a bit overboard with the cheek fillers but otherwise she looks great!

    She is doing a very good job of looking great. Although the cameras and lights are part of the magic. Seeing the unretouched pix of closeups of lots of stars show the pancake makeup and all the normal the rest of us have.

    Jennifer Aniston. Overall she looks great, but you can see she has had some minor tweaks and fillers, nothing like Courtney Cox, who looks straight up Madame puppet like.

    [Optional] She’s obviously getting botox/filler (sorry, don’t know which is which) on her top lip to smooth the lines that smokers get. Her top lip has nearly disappeared – it’s really disconcerting.

    Jennifer Aniston. I don’t believe her claims of intermittent fasting and workouts. She looks good but her body does not reflect that discipline. Also I am sad she went the face filler route, especially after what it did to Courtney Cox’s face. Jennifer’s face looks off now and it has affected her speech.

    Optional: She looks very good for her age but that could be genes too. I’m told I look super young for my age but I don’t live as healthy as I should. Almost every woman in my family looks younger than their ages but aren’t perfect with health as some smoke, others drink, etc.

    Aniston! I had a hunch she still smoked. Don’t tell me she hasn’t had some work done. Maybe not as much as her friend Courtney, but she is far from natural. I do believe she is into Yoga and fitness. Why all the sudden interest in her anyway?

    She looks amazing for a 50 year old. Good genes, and not too much plastic surgery serves her well. She looks the BEST of ALL the Friends cast members, guys and gals.
    Lol, Jen is an actress and making big bucks fooling soccer moms that they can look as good as she does if they buy whatever product she’s pushing… one born every minute 😂

    I think she’s amazing looking for 50. But I will never understand dieting, exercising and also smoking. It must be for weight control.
