Hand And Foot Nursing

[Blind Gossip] This movie star is in bed right now. He is ill.

Nothing serious. Just a regular cold. Coughing and sneezing. He doesn’t have a fever or the flu or pneumonia or anything.

He is not elderly and is usually in good health, so he should be fine in just a few days with minimal assistance. Except,

He has a nurse practitioner there to wait on him hand and foot.

So our manly star is a bit of a baby and just needs a little bit of pampering, right?

Not exactly.

He refuses to get out of bed to shower or even go to the bathroom. The nurse has to give him sponge baths and help him with the portable male urinal. He also doesn’t like to have a thermometer in his mouth, so he wants his temperature taken every couple of hours with a rectal thermometer.

Maybe he’s sicker than we thought.

    IDK—but a lot men are big babies and they act half dead. As an RN the NP must be compassionate externally while rolling her eyes internally —-and counting the days $ she is earning.

    I don’t f get a chance to be sick and stay in bed. I am the one doing the caretaking. The only time I got to stay in bed and be waited on was 3 years ago when I was hospitalized for a heart attack. So no, I don’t turn into a big baby when I am sick. Sometimes I want to, though. 😖

    I have no idea who this is, but this is absolutely disgusting! What a kook.
    My husband can be a big baby when he’s sick. Although, none of his behavior comes anywhere close to this absurd nonsense.
    I am not a baby when I get sick. I mostly want to be left alone. lol

    It sounds a little like mild drug withdrawal…but I digress. Hugh Jackman? “Manly” makes me think “X-Men”. Could’ve been Charlie Sheen (Two & A Half Men) except that he’s not usually in “good health”

    I do not wallow in bed. Pre having children i would gladly enjoy the rest but not now.
