[Blind Gossip] Both of these TV actresses broke the law. Both will be punished.

However, they will be handling their punishments very differently!

Actress A was contrite and apologetic. She wants to take her punishment, get it over with, and return to life and work as quickly as possible.

No, she isn’t planning any “special interviews” or a book about it! She wants this whole freaking thing over and done with as soon as possible. She is deeply and genuinely embarrassed by the entire incident. Once it’s over, she just wants to get back to her life and back to work and would prefer never to even think about it again.

Actress B is approaching this completely differently. She was defiant and argumentative from the start. Interestingly, her arrogance will persist even after her punishment is meted out!

She knows she is going to punished more, but it’s too late to do much about it. She is now looking at ways to capitalize on it. She wants to do the rounds of TV interviews once it’s over and try to parlay it into something bigger. Definitely a book deal. Maybe a mini-series deal.

Seems like Actress A wants to move on as quickly and quietly as possible while Actress B intends to capitalize on her wrongdoings.

But who is going to become friends with Snoop?

    abso-frickin’-lutely! felicity huffman did a bad, stupid thing and is taking the consequences with grace. i don’t understand what lori loughlin thinks she’ll gain by doing what she’s doing! even if she goes on talk shows, does she really think she’ll connect with viewers who *don’t* have the money to get their kids into university?! (whose kids actually have to work at getting good grades and work their a**es off to earn scholarships and bursaries?!) puh-leeze!! 🙄 she needs to SIT DOWN!

    I would have consulted a lawyer ,gotten the best deal possible and plead guilty right away too. When they have you dead to rights on a white collar crime.. just get it over with.

    I would act like Hoffman. She seemed genuinely apologetic and has not tried to spin herself as the victim. I respect that. She also didn’t drag her husband into the mess. She took one for the team. While I don’t agree with her crime, I think she handled it as well as you can.

    I would hope I would be like Felicity. I think she has handled this with as much class as someone could.
    I think Lori is going to spend some real time in jail. I wouldn’t be interested in hearing from her once she gets out.

    Lori’s attitude will be her downfall.

    I would never do anything like this but if I were in there shoes, I would rather get it over with as quickly. This is humiliating.

    Won’t happen to me, ’cause I wouldn’t do it. Either my kid gets into college on their own hard work, or they better figure out something else quick. Aunt Becky’s arrogance and sense of entitlement has really turned me off. I refuse to watch any show she’s been in and will continue to do so afterwards. Plus, her husband’s clothes suck. They’re crappily made and fall apart easy.

    Something (not at all similar, not involving my children, not involving money, but involving deep shame), did happen, 20 years ago, and although I could’ve “gotten away with it” I chose to own up and try to make amends. I believe that I am a better person now because I took my punishments and have never done anything similar again. Lori really doesn’t think she did anything wrong. She would do it again in a heartbeat. I can’t understand that lack of conscience.

    Optional: I would be horrified if I was enmeshed in that scandal and got caught in it. I might initially respond like Lori, tbh, but would quickly realize that I was in the wrong and needed to address it and admit it to the authorities.

    I would be like Huffman because I have a moral compass. Loughlin is acting like a brat. I hope Loughlin does a good chunk of time in prison and that Hollywood does not reward her lack of morals and excess of arrogance by letting her cash in with a book and interviews.

      One might say, if she had a moral compass, she wouldn’t have gotten into this mess.

      However at least Felicity has humility. Lori’s attitude and actions show her gigantic ego and self-righteousness. Shows a lot about how Aunt Becky is in real life.

    Definitely option A. I’d be totally mortified and want my self inflicted nightmare over with ASAP.
    Lori is banking that the public will be forgiving or even interested in a cheating soccer mom and her spoiled AF Malibu Barbie brats.
    I’d call Snoop and Martha up after I’m released for a weed green themed party and shindig.

      YES. OMG I hope the world blacklists Loughlin. She wasn’t just arrogant and flippant with her accusers/law, but with her fan base. Does she REALLY think people who watch her ‘family shows’ and image want to hear her whine and moan about her kids needing help getting into college? Rigging the system? Her FAN base isn’t edgy WHO gives an F folks but salt of the earth types who should RALLY for her frying!
