Five Minutes Without Attention

[Blind Gossip] This young TV actress vowed to take a break from social media.

She missed the attention five minutes after getting off social media. She said that if she jumped back on that people would criticize her for being publicity hungry, so she had to be sneakier about it. So now she’s having her publicist put out stories every couple of days, calling the paps to let them know where she will be, and having her boyfriend post stuff about them. That way she can get publicity and still pretend to be taking a break.

    I believe I just read something about a 2nd kidney transplant for her. And wanting to commit suicide. She and Selena Gomez need to get together to commiserate over their health woes.

    I stopped using social media back in 2012. I don’t miss it at all (my significance is not based on how many likes I get by people I haven’t seen in 20 years).

    I thought it was odd all these articles on my newsfeed were showing up about her when i never saw many on her before…especially the ones where she makes herself out as a victim.

    There’s been pap pics of her out n about and a story out today about her getting a new kidney. Hopefully when her show ends she’ll just fade away.

    I am starting to think that everyone in Hollywood only thinks of getting attention and has no balance or moral compass in their lives. And they all seem to live in a mental LaLa Land as well.

    Sarah Hyland…now it’s suicidal thoughts when she was sick. I haven’t forgotten about her gofundme, asking the general public to help pay for her cousin’s funeral when she should be able to write that check.

    I don’t “do” SM, I’m too busy living my life in the moment.

    Yes, I quit social media (I was only on facebook). Great decision! It was a waste of time and made me feel depressed. I quit a year ago and haven’t missed it. It’s good to focus on one’s own life and children and catch up with friends in real life (if possible). Most of social media is fake. If it makes you feel bad about your life, realize people are pretending!!
