[Blind Gossip] This actor is one of the leads in an ensemble TV series.

He and the cast have known each other a long time and are very comfortable with each other.

However, maybe he felt a little too comfortable around them… because he started talking about his marriage!

He was bragging about banging one of the actresses when he was doing [another TV series] and how his wife had no idea. The other guys started laughing, but [One of the lead actresses] didn’t think it was funny. She wagged her finger in his face and yelled at him, “YOU are a f*cking pig!” and pushed him in his chest and walked away.

Perhaps our Actress is especially sensitive about the topic because her own husband did exactly the same thing? Everybody In L.A. knows about that affair. Very messy!

      I just read the lyrics to “Reasons I Cheat” (not currently in a place where I can listen to the song, but will), and the reasons are pretty insightful and also pretty keenly felt by lots of humans—not just men—from time to time (& increasingly as we age, feel/get treated as more invisible/less attractive). But I would also like to add a more succinct take, in the form of an old Chris Rock joke (mainly referring to rich and/or famous men): “Men are as faithful as their options!”

    The Actress was probably Tori Spelling, with her philandering husband.
    The Actor in the ensemble could be any one of the guys on the silly “90210 Redux”

    BH90210 reboot they’ve known each other for years. Not sure on the actor, Ian ziering maybe. Actress Jennie Garth. Her husband Peter whatever,he was in twilight, had an affair and they actually divorce. Big scandal at the time. I have zero idea why men cheat. They want it all?

    I think some do it because they are insecure. They want to prove that they can get someone else. It’s funny that they might not be people who look insecure on the outside, but they have their own reasons for being so. Some of the most attractive people are insecure.

    Men are hardwired to want new and exciting experiences. We can have no-strings attached hook ups and still love our S.O. Women cheat too, mostly if they’re feeling neglected, but want an emotional connection too, unlike men.
    IMO.. monogamy is unrealistic.. expecting to be with only one person is a recipe for disappointment and heartbreak.

      You mean monogamy is unrealistic for some people. Your attitudes about the differences in what men and women want are pretty old fashioned. Men can cheat because of emotional neglect and women can do so because they are bored. I just think the generalizations you are making are reductive and ultimately harmful.

      Yeah, men (and women btw) in an environment without the rules of “normal” society can be tempted by goodies thrown in their faces day after day. If one cannot be faithful to a partner, don’t walk down the aisle & make those vows. I also know many men who are faithful and wouldn’t hurt their wives & family over meaningless sex. I’ve seen that when men LOVE – really L.O.V.E. – they give their all to the object of that love. The ability to give your heart comes with maturity. IMHO

      Guess could be BAG or Ian. I didn’t think Ian starred on any shows but he did. Ones I have never heard of. BAG was more famously on SCC on Fox but I don’t think he’d be as braggy about cheating on Megan as Ian might be.
