    Cardi’s actually smart to realize that. Look how quickly Minaj’s career cooled off, and when’s the last time you’ve heard about any other female rappers? They all have their moment, and then it subsides. This is Cardi’s moment, and she’s taking it for all it’s worth.

    Atheletes make the same mistake – the number of NFLers who go broke is astonishing. Becoming famous quickly is not unlike winning the lottery … and in both cases, what seems like an unending income stream quickly evaporates through taxes, management fees, paying for staff (lawyer, accountant, security) and other costs that you don’t have when you’re not wealthy. The thing that traps most celebs is having no skills. She could found a label, produce, etc. – but should get experience now.

    Rapper: Cardi B – was the first person that came to mind due to her no filter way of speaking. Also the “hay” since she is known for making goofy sounds like that.

    [Optional] Till her audience ages out, then again fame is a double edge sword, too much promotion can cause fan fatigue to where you’re sick of seeing her everywhere “Jennifer Lawrence”. Just the right amount of Promotion makes you a hot commodity and “mysterious”

    Tbh I totally prefer Cardi over Nicki and I hopes she sticks around for some time. The rivalry beteeen them is totally ridiculous, but it seems to stem from Nickis camp. I don’t know why women need to tear each other down. There’s room for both.

    I think these two are working together. Their rivalry don’t make much sense, despite all the drama it’s all very tamed and controlled.

      I agree with you. I think these deals are instigated by Minaj. She’s “fueded” with pretty much everyone at this point. Fake, fake, fake, all for PR to benefit both parties.
