Personal Assistant Sues Celebrity Boss For Vicious Assault

[TMZ] A California woman claims a man living in L.A. “leveraged his power” over her while she worked for him, raped her… and exposed her to HIV, and TMZ has learned the man is a big celebrity.

According to the new suit … the woman, listed as Jane Doe, is suing a man listed as David Doe for sexual battery and assault. Sources connected with the case tell us the man is definitely a celebrity but wouldn’t be more specific.

She says she worked as a part-time personal assistant for the man. She says she was a vulnerable single mother and he mistreated her both physically and sexually.

Jane Doe claims the man made her engage in unwanted rough sex, ignored her requests to stop, and belittled her by laughing at her protestations and spitting on her. She also says he threatened to anally rape her … all while she worked for him.

To make things worse, according to the docs, the man refused to use a condom and exposed her to HIV because one of his recent sexual partners allegedly tested positive. Jane Doe claims he told her she should get tested.

The woman’s suing for unspecified damages.

    The blind doesn’t say that the celebrity has HIV, it says he slept with someone who tested positive, then told the woman he assaulted that she should get tested. I say that because Charlie Sheen is the obvious answer, but everyone knows he has HIV, so he probably wouldn’t be a John Doe in a court filing.

    David Blaine? This pic of Fiona Apple is making me think of him because for one they dated….secondly, she mentioned she used to be covered in bruises when they dated because he liked “it rough”. It sounds like something he would do if he has this dark side. The HIV is throwing me off, though. I am not certain if this information has been made public if it is him.

    I only know that Charlie Sheen has HIV… but that doesn’t mean it was him.

    Sounds like Charlie Sheen ! He shouldn’t just be sued ! He should also be brought up on criminal charges !

      If it was Charlie Sheen the accused would have came out a long time ago. Plus everyone know he have HIV. So the media would have posted that Charlie was being sued.

    Yep. 1st time it happened, the guy was a complete jerk.
    I reported him to HR. They asked if I wanted him fired; I said no. So what does he do? Continues to be a jerk, minus the sex harassment. Men like him DO NOT LIKE WOMEN. 2nd time it happened it was a guy who just didn’t annoy me. Plus he may have been just fake flirting as he was married so I ignored it.

      Charlie Sheen isn’t a big time star anymore and there’s no reason to keep his name censored, we all know what he was all about. Don’t think this is Charlie, I’m thinking Johnny Depp.

    Was propositioned once by the owner of a store I worked at but he took no for an answer and that was that. I’m a whole lot more fortunate than some women.

      I agree with Russell Simons. It was in the news that he is being sued by a woman over sexual harassment charges.

    Optional: Yes. An owner once made an “educated” guess as to which way my nipples pointed. Being we didn’t have an HR department, my complaint to management fell on deaf ears. I worked there for one more year until I confronted every man that worked there about their consistent sexual harassment. It wasn’t until the Weinstein revelation that the company finally addressed S.H in the workplace. The building we all worked in burned down two weeks later. So, some karma served.

    Arnold Schwartzeneggar.

    I was being verbally harassed. I went to my supervisor. He told me to confront my harasser and tell them that I am uncomfortable with the way they speak to me (wtf?) I refused to do that and the abuse continued. Finally, in a breach of workplace protocol, I went over his head to HR and filed a complaint against both of them. The harasser was reassigned and my supervisor was reprimanded.

      Not sure why so many people are guessing Sheen. If it was him, the BI would mention he’s HIV+ instead of talking about one of his partners testing positive.

    I thank this woman for having the courage to bring this to a court of law and possibly stop this disgusting man from hurting other people. Knowingly exposing someone to a potentially deadly illness should be right up there with 1st degree murder. Castrate him. That should slow him down at least.
