Beaming With Pride

[Blind Gossip] Arranging the seating at an awards show is always a challenging task.

Whether it’s the Oscars, The Emmys or tonight’s American Music Awards (hosted by Cardi B), celebrities care deeply where they are seated.

Front row seating is the biggest headache. Whether or not they are nominated is actually less relevant than how big a celebrity they are, who they are showing up with, and how hard their team pitches.

There is a female celebrity who will definitely be at the AMAs tonight.

She is being the biggest pain in the *ss. She wants front row for herself and [her man]. She insists they will provide the best photo op of the night.

Is it because she will be wearing something outrageous? Because they will be doing something outrageous?

No.

They want a photo of him gazing at her in adoration. They are calling it a “beaming with pride” moment.

Really? So it’s all about publicity and boosting her ego.

I asked if we would get them to do something outrageous or even interesting. How about a marriage proposal? How about an engagement ring? How about announcing a pregnancy? They rejected all that. The last I heard it was, “Gimme front row seats so he can beam at me with pride. That will be the big photo op.”

What an ego!

Too bad they nixed any of the more interesting scenarios. That would have made the show worth watching!

    I used to love watching award shows, but then they got so political. I don’t need a bunch of out of touch celebrities telling me how to vote. Then it just got so nasty after Trump won.

    I don’t watch these boring Celeb egocentric spectacles, and wouldn’t especially since the disgusting Cardi is hosting! (with those insane claws, how does she do her personal bizness? hmmm! GROSS!)

    I’m sure it’s the thirst-trap Kardashians whom do anything for PR,
    including sell their souls!

    This is Britney and Sam Asghari – “ Outrageous and Gimme (More) are names of her songs and she also has a fragrance called (Prerogative) Ego – those words all appear in the Blind so I think they’re clues.

    Sounds like a Lopez move but I don’t know if Ben was there. Nothing would have made the show worth watching. Stopped watching awards shows years ago.

    Couple: Bennifer ‘2.0’, as in the THIRSTY AF Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck, & their DESPERATELY *FAKE* ‘relationship’. Anyone with a single functioning brain cell in their head KNOWS it’s just a ruse bc she can NEVER BE WITHOUT A MAN bc of her ridiculous EGO. SO pathetic. 🤣🙄😏
    Optional: NOT watching. Haven’t watched in YEARS. Not a fan of the ‘music’ that’s popular now. Dull, generic….what happened to ACTUAL good ol’ “Rock n’ Roll”, especially ‘Hard Rock’?!🤘🖤

    I can’t keep up, so I have no idea if she even has a reason for being there, but this sounds like classic Jennifer Lopez. She is the sort that defines who she is by the man that she has on her arm, so her rekindled romance, if it’s even real, with Ben Affleck is something she would want front and center.

    Optional: I haven’t watched an awards show since I was in high school back in the late 80s, and see no reason to restart now. It’s all so much garbage.

    I don’t care about award show apart from the fashion.
    Cutest thing of the night? MGK with his daughter…. and then he won in front of her; [I read :)]. Adorable!

    Couple: Ben Affleck & Jennifer Lopez

    She was a last minute addition to the slate of performers for the AMAs. Nothing but PR for her upcoming movie- Marry Me. Will be serenading Ben with the song “On My Way.” Every move of this fauxmance is so predictable and downright laughable at this point. Word of warning: Please be kind to your ears and cover them up. You can thank me later.

      Agreed. Her lousy voice was so digitized it might as well have been a computer singing. Her behavior is beyond needy.

    I’ll say J-Lo & Ben because of the “outrageous” outfit (I’m thinking of that outfit she wore years ago when she went to some awards show with Puff Diddy). That’s all I got. No…I won’t be watching as I’m sick of awards shows & the silly strut past the cameras & being asked, “Who are you wearing”.
