Not So Happy Mother’s Day

[Blind Gossip] She started in show business before she was even old enough to drink.

Luckily, she had the support of both of her parents.

Unfortunately, she and her parents ran into some difficulties.

There were career issues and relationship issues and health issues to deal with that put a strain on everyone.

Her parents fought. She got mad. First at one parent and then the other.

Sometimes she wouldn’t speak to one or the other because, in her mind, they had wronged her… or they hadn’t protected her… or they were trying to control her.

In the past year, she has gotten closer to her father. That’s a good thing.

Unfortunately, that means Mommy should not expect a nice gift this Mother’s Day.

    Nope—- I’m still quarantined and my kids are adults in other states, and also quarantined. Hoping this will be over by Hanukkah-Christmas time so we can see each other. FaceTime is not the same.

    Optional: not much. Expecting some nice day though, with husband’s help. Definitely not gonna cook, and hopefully I’ll get more help with my toddler.
    Also I asked for my fave wine bottle as a gift lol
