[Blind Gossip] We’ve told you before about performers who play fast and loose with ticket sales.

Here’s another one.

This singer’s team put out the word that she was incredibly upset about having to reschedule her sold-out show. Every news article reports it the same way. Sold out! Completely sold out! Totally sold out!

We heard from someone who works at a large ticketing organization.

I work at [redacted]. Sold out? No! In fact, if you want to go to one of the upcoming dates, there are thousands of tickets available for [Location B] and [Location C] and [Location D]. There are seats available in every section, including right in front of the stage! The empty seats are now being discounted. If you go to [Website] you can get another 20% off, even for the cheap seats. You can also show up the day of the show at any of the upcoming venues and get a ticket for $20, no problem, and even $10 if you can haggle.

She’s probably just saying she sold out [Location A] to make herself seem more popular than she is.

This is shocking. Our singer would never, ever do anything just to make herself seem desirable!

    I saw J Lo perform in Atlantic City a few years back and was BLOWN AWAY!!!!! she sounded amazing live & was not lip singing.

    I wouldn’t attend a show even if given a ticket. Her tinny, nasally voice is too irritating.

    JLo at MSG during the blackout for this blind, but many performers buy and fake their followings, force feed the rags with staged nonsense, and weirdly cant sell out a show? Not even if the tickets were free. The fans do not exist except in their dreams!

    I wouldn’t pay -ish to watch her perform. I can’t watch her for free on tv. Singing is NOT her thing & depending on the movie/tv show her acting is marginal. And since Beyonce has met the Royals, Meghan & Harry, Jlo will find a way to meet them as well, front & center.

    Singer is Jennifer Lopez.
    Her San Diego concert in June was pushing tickets right up until the time she took the stage.
    I think when someone performs in Vegas, it cannibalizes their ticket sales when they go on tour. Plenty of people have already seen her live in Vegas so they are not inclined to cough up more money to see her at some Sports Arena show.

    I wouldn’t pay to see her. I’m sure there’s an amount I could *be* paid, but it doesn’t immediately come to mind…

    ET showed footage of her “calming down” the audience when the back up lights came on during the blackout. They panned the audience and you could see all the empty seats.
    If I knew ahead of time that the tickets were so cheap, I would go.
