man angry 14[Blind Gossip] This actress is debating whether to come forward and talk about her own experiences with an actor who is being accused of physical aggression towards another woman.

[Actress] had her own bad experiences with him years ago. [Actor] was physically abusive towards her, too. She was definitely scared of him back then. We would tell her to report him, but she would always chicken out and blame it on the drugs or alcohol and then he would say how sorry he was and promise it wouldn’t happen again. Of course it always did.

She made us promise to keep it a secret. She didn’t want to be known for ruining his career (or her own career). We just followed her lead. Even now she is scared of what would happen to her if she said anything.

    This is definitely Jennifer Grey. ‘Follow her lead’ = Dirty Dancing. The author Jennifer Grey wrote the book Chicken, and the photo is grey.

    I hope she does come out with the truth. I know if it was me at least, I wouldn’t be able to live with myself if I watched a victim get unfairly crucified when I could have done something to change it. I hope ALL of the women come forward. Their publicists need to talk.

    Winona weathered well the shoplifting and court battles, and came out able to make jokes about it (such as on SNL.) If she could do that, she can do this.

    Wynona is a convicted shoplifter and given her reprobate background and even going back to he hippy parents , I don’t think she could do much good in strengthening the case against johnny Depp. Jennifer Grey might lend more credibility but Depp’s lawyers will still rake her over the coals.Subpoenas might be forthcoming because Depp does have a temper and it has leaked out over the years.

    Johnny Depp and Sherilyn Fenn. They dated a long time, then engaged. She was young and her career was growing faster than his. But he was the dominant in that relationship.

    Depp and probably Winona? She should speak out but I can’t say I blame her if she doesn’t. She’s not anymore likely to be believed, lbr. If you’re famous enough you can kill your spouse and get away with it.

    Amber could have a video tape with Johnny screaming and hitting her and his career would just take a minor hit.

    I would have to tell her to do what she thinks is best for her. It would help clear the air of any speculation of whether this is a play for money or revenge if she did speak out. That said, she doesn’t have much to gain personally, but might have a lot to lose if it goes badly…people accusing her of trying to get air time or other personal gain from speaking out. This one is sticky.

    I thought I’d read somewhere that Winona Ryder has also alluded to J Depp being abusive towards her or having temper/drug
    abuse issues at the very least, which ultimately caused the demise of their relationship.

    If it’s her, and she’s considering coming forward, I say do it. I don’t think it would effect her career and if Amber IS telling the truth about him abusing her, Winona coming forward would really help prosecutors (and the public) believe her.

    I think she should just keep quiet at this point. Not many buy into Heards alligations. The time to be speaking up is when it happens and not years after the fact. At this point, most people including myself will just assume someone is needing publicity.

    What I can’t understand is have people forgotten that this isn’t out of scope for him? He used to get violent and trash hotel rooms while fighting with Kate Moss! This may be Johnny when he’s using.
    The letter Vanessa wrote may very well be her truth – if he was clean while they were together and he wasn’t aggressive then of course she would have no experiences to mirror the ones being reported.

      It drives me crazy to see people accusing Heard of lying to get Johnny’s money based on Vanessa’s little note. Doesn’t it ever occur to people that money going to Heard is not going to go to Paradis and her children? Why would anyone think Vanessa Paradis has no motivation to lie?

      I think everyone who stands to make (or lose) money out of this has a motivation to lie. Including Amber. But I also think there’s a world of difference between smashing furniture and smashing someone’s face. Yes, both are aggressive, but only one is assault, and that’s the one people will hate him for if it turns out to be true.

Like or dislike Amber Heard, every abused woman needs extra strength during this type of situation, especially from those with similar experiences. There’s a validation that is crucial to recovery from abuse, regardless of type.

      Also she should definitely speak up. Poor Amber is being torn apart by the media and people that don’t know either one of them.. Nobody knows for sure what happened except them and this whole blame the victim thing is disgusting me.

She is the one who called 911, she is the one that initially refused to let them in, she is the one that refused to file a police report, she is the one releasing the pictures, that were not taken while the LAPD was present, to the media, she is the one that has filed for divorce and you better believe she will be the one going after his 400 million after 15 months of marriage. Sorry but who exactly is blaming her? This seems like a very well planned set of circumstances.

      Calm down Spike, you have thrown quite a few whoppers into quite a small space.

      A witness, not Heard called 911. Depp’s bodyguards were the ones that tried to send the cops away. Heard has filed a report. Bruises come out 6 to 24 hours after being inflicted. Depp’s $400 Mil is not on the table and never will be. Some small part the income earned during the 15 months is. That has always been the case. CA is a no fault divorce state. Abuse does not enter into the calculation.

      I know there were many many rumors that he was violent with Kate Moss, but she’s not an actress. She has always refused to talk about him, though, which is its own clue.

      Never had a violent person in my life…is it possible that someone can have a violent temper but control it never to raise a hand to another? (I’m an only child – never gotten into a physical altercation – never hit/pushed a soul in my life)
