[Blind Gossip] Gather around, kids, because we have the juice on a celebrity couple that had a fight TODAY!

He is a musician. She is from a musical family, but is better known as a reality star. Actually, they are both from musical families.

We’ve told you before that their marriage is rocky.

They were in an amusement park gift shop with their children. She was annoyed that he was on his phone.

He was texting. She snapped at him and said “Can you just not text her? Tell her to give it up! I WILL NOT sign those papers! THIS IS F*CKING RIDICULOUS!”

She reached out to grab his hand (or his phone?) and he pushed her away and put it in his pocket. He was p*ssed. He shook his head and walked away.

She walked over to one of the kids and asked them if they were hungry. He walked over to another kid who was looking at stuffed animals. It’s like they both just went into parenting mode and ignored each other. He was completely miserable. Actually, they were both completely miserable.

Fighting about another woman and signing papers?

It’s little things like this that make this couple so interesting to us!

    You can proceed with a contested divorce in California if they other party doesn’t want to sign. Perhaps it’s related to their settlement? Post-nup?

    Lots of things could need signing that are not divorce papers. And if one person wants them signed and the other not that would be enough to make you angry with each other temporarily.

    BTW feel for the kids. They’re like little sponges and have/ will pick up on ALL their fights and bad moods. Any third party should stay away until divorce papers or they could get pulled into a future legal mess with these two.

    Madden and Nicole Ritchie…I am guessing Cameron Diaz wants the entire family to sign confidentiality agreements because she wants no baby leaks to press. Richie probably thinks it is below them to sign one, since she believes she is a celebrity on par with Diaz, not simply some reality star.

    But can only one musician in Nicole’s family (ie Lionel) be considered a “musical family”?

    Blind makes it sound like he is texting a girlfriend and she wants Nic to sign divorce papers, but it could really be some type of business contract they are fighting over. At least I hope thats the case.

      Nicole’s last name may be Richie, but her bio dad is Pete Escovedo (brother of Sheila E). That side of her family is involved in the music industry.

    I am going with Nicole Ritchie and which ever Madden brother she is married to…saw her on 1 of the late shows last night…. apparently she has a show coming on…. I usually don’t comment on people’s looks but man did she look thin…please eat something

    Who was he texting? I don’t know, Paris Hilton? What papers is she refusing to sign? A NEW REALITY SHOW which I can’t even type without laughing my * off. Good for Nicole.

    I am quite sad that their marriage isn’t working out. I think Nicole has really tried to get her things together and has succeeded, but clearly they are both not happy with each other. Perhaps he wants a divorce and she doesn’t want to do it because of the children.

    I don’t understand why people who are obviously unhappy together stay together. It doesn’t benefit the kids at all!

      So true. Seems when it comes to the rich/ famous/ public faces they stay to keep thier brand and therefore income intact. If she’s being sold as a devoted wife, mother, daughter etc who is in a stable happy marriage he needs to play along until her/ his team can work out the money, and script of a break up (conscious uncoupling). I read the game is sell an image to aspire to so often celebs can’t be seen as to relatable/ normal. No wonder some choose privacy and less headlines.
