OK, so I like to have a poke around at the clues.
I’m looking at the word “devoted”; I have two theories:
One is that it’s David Van Day from British 80s duet Dollar (DeVoteD). OR
The yellow music note is a clue, and it could be someone from the band Devo, mentioning the “mum” (it’s from a UK publication) meaning it’s one of the Mothersbaugh brothers. There, I think I’ve cracked it, LOL! (I’m kidding).

This is definitely MARILYN aka Peter Robinson. He goes by the username @MisterMarilyn on Twitter. Boy George made a dig about his mother’s win a few years ago on Twitter and Popbitch reported on the win. Marilyn is constantly complaining about being swindled & heartbroken by his ex BF leaving him broke and unable to pay the telephone bill. A few weeks ago, he set up a PayPal.
