Kicking It In Private

[Blind Gossip] This actor is trying to kick a bad habit prior to the Academy Awards in March!

[They] don’t have time to go to full rehab and there are a lot of things they have to do leading up to the Oscars, so [they] are doing private treatment. Someone is “living” with [them] full-time. Not sure if they are a doctor or a nurse or a therapist. [The Actor] is calling them a second assistant so nobody gets suspicious. Everyone is very hush hush and trying to act casual about it. [The Actor] spends a few hours a day with them in private.

Our Actor, who is over the age of 30, will definitely be acknowledged during the Oscars. We’re not sure which is their substance of choice, but we wish them well with their recovery.

    Gary Oldman and Sam Rockwell are favoured to win, so I suspect it’s one or the other. I’m leaning towards Oldman.

    based on “similar blind” which most guesses say alicia vikander. looked up her co-stars, he was one of them. call me by your name is nominated a bunch of times.
    and it’s alcohol. he opened his twitter account while drunk and then admitted it.
    Alcohol addiction is a rough one.
    no, private is not as effective as rehab, whether in or out patient. part of the process is getting to hear other people’s experiences, get to tell your own. and find perspective. wish him…

      Congratulations! Did the traditional idea of rehab; I wasn’t ready and the program wasn’t good at all. I started seeing a great psychiatrist after that mess who recommended some group sessions, I found one that really suited me and in three months I’ll have 7 years. Whoever this blind is about can do great in any setting if it’s what they want. I truly wish them well.

    DENZEL washington because he went in rehab 2 years ago during the summer and he is a surprising nomined

      I thought this, too. The blind says “will definitely be acknowledged” so it’s someone who already won or is being honored in some way, NOT a nominee. Donald Sutherland got a Governor’s Award this year.
