[Blind Gossip] Here is an interesting tale told to us by someone in the media who absolutely despises the husband in the story.

This very famous celebrity couple was supposedly all set to split up two years ago. They had already agreed on the division of assets and had completed all the paperwork.

They were about to file in court… when the announcement and the filing were put on hold.

What happened? The husband wanted to pursue a prestigious job opportunity. The job would be much easier to secure if he had a family-friendly image. The wife agreed to stay.

The husband got the job and the wife is still with him.

For now.

    This would explain why people said the first thing he did after learning he won was talk to Melania in private. Probably to negotiate how long she’ll stay, how much more money she’ll get, what appearances she will and will not make as First Lady, etc. If Hillary can stay with Bill, she can stay with Donald.

    Wasn’t this also rumored about with Barak & Michelle Obama? That they were headed for divorce but didn’t due to his presidential ambitions? Wouldn’t surprise me at all if Melania agreed to stay with the Donald to help him. In recent history, Al & Tipper Gore split after he left the Vice Presidency. And we all know there’s no way Bill & Hillary Clinton have lived together since he left the Oval Office. I don’t think this gossip, if true, is a big surprise to anyone.

    This sounds like Obama and Michelle. They were separated, before he ran for office. He came to her and asked her “Do you want to be the first lady”. That’s why they got back together. Only thing…it has to be Trump, because the media worships Obama and despises Trump.

      Did this person in the press use another one of those UNNAMED sources they are so fond of now that Obama is out of office?? What about Hillary?? How come when stories came out about THEM, the press said they wouldn’t believe it from unnamed sources, yet that’s ALL they use now… It’s BS…(I am not a Trump supporter, but I can see bias when it is this blatant)

    I think they will divorce before his term ends. And I don’t see her actually moving to DC full-time, although their neighbors in NYC would prefer she did. All the security is apparently causing headaches for anyone who lives or works in the area. Traffic and Secret Service and press sound like a big mess. And NYC traffic didn’t need help getting crazier lol

      I agree with you. I watched her with Barron during the inauguration. Her body language was completely different. That little boy loves his mother, and she loves him. No idea what his relationship is with his dad.

    Donald and Melania Trump. President Trump is currently the only person I can think of who is obviously despised by the media. He doesn’t seem to be bothered by public opinion, so I wouldn’t be too surprised if he divorced sooner rather than later. But Melania would be crazy to divorce him now with all the perks and exposure that comes with being First Lady. Also, she probably has more leverage right now by not divorcing him.

    But I don’t buy it because: he doesn’t care what people think of him. Everyone knows of his past divorces. It is not as if her personality draws people in. Trump is a grudge holder and had a divorce gotten that far there is no way he would allow her back in his life.

    Will they split once he’s out?: Depends on how he gets out. If he serves one term, then yes. If he is forced to resigned or is impeached, then no. He would not want to risk the chance she would testify against him. She’s not stupid. The main reason she’s delayed moving to DC is that she may have a inkling that his is going to be a short presidency.

    Trump and Melania, he has been married 3 times and I would bet my last dollar that he has cheated on all 3. I don’t consider him a family man. I think she will stay with him while he is in office, even if he wins a second term. Which considering he may not last through the first one, may be sooner rather than later.

    Most Presidents have/had sham marriages. Look at Obama. As soon as his Presidency was over he hopped on a boat with Richard Branson for a couple of months to ‘unwind’. Michele was nowhere around on that French Polynesian private island. Kennedy? He wed Jackie for political reasons, and don’t get me started on the Clintons and Bush Sr..

      Their situation makes me think of Paul McCartney and Heather Mills’s divorce. While they were married he had his high powered lawyers protecting her reputation. As soon as the split got nasty the tabloids got all kinds of “anonymous” tips about Mills’s history as an adult film actress. Maybe Trump’s team is shielding Melania from something as long as they’re married? Dunno; just an alternate theory.

      He may be using their son as leverage to control how long she stays to keep the brand/ image of family man/ devoted (eye roll) husband in tact. Meaning he has far more power and could use her past and whatever else he chose and paid for to make her look really bad and justify full custody. Yes, in many cases courts side with the mother, NOT in the world of 1%ers. Money/power buys what you want. She may be staying to in part to protect her son. I do agree there’s def a contract in place.
