Her Real Political Leanings

[Blind Gossip] This female multi-hyphenate is one of the many celebrities who has been protesting President Donald Trump.

Why is that interesting? Well, because according to someone close to her, that protest might be disingenuous.

She is actually a Republican. Always has been and will be. Almost everyone in her family is Republican.

So why is she so vocal in her opposition of Donald Trump? Why can’t she just stay neutral?

She has to denounce [Trump] because that is what her fans expect of her! Her entire fan base is extremely liberal and her career would be over if she supported him on anything. She registered as a Democrat a few years ago to fit that image. People would freak out if they found out she was really a Republican.

She has some big audience venues coming up in the next few weeks. It will be interesting to see if she continues to bash Trump or if she does anything that demonstrates that she is actually a Republican at heart.

    We are now talking about someone who has big audience venue in few weeks and it is as if she is (if it is connected to the bashing) going to bash him on stage and all. If you know what I mean.

    Im guessing Madonna on this one, shes been very vocal and most of her fanbase consists of gay men so she’d be hit hard.

      There are a couple of problems with that;

      1) Since when are her fans “Extremely Liberal”? Have not heard anything that are called like that at all.

      2) She has always been very vocal about supporting the LGBT and Hillary with her whole family.

      3) Yes, she has a tour, but the only big thing that she has done is doing the protest march, and NOT bash him severely like Miley, Madonna or Lady Gaga. If you know what I mean.

      4) The Grammys AND Superbowl is also big audience venues.

    This is Cher.

    She is currently in rehearsal for a new autobiographical show coming out on Broadway.

    Sonny (family member, ex-husband) was a Republican Senator, and the former Mayor of Palm Springs.

    I couldn’t figure out how she suddenly became a Democrat. It seemed odd, but I thought it was in support of her daughter Chastity, now her son, which would make sense.

    She was a vocal supporter of Ross Perot too.

    Think this is Kim K. Multi hyphenate meaning being on a realty show and being a porn star…bahaha. I rember when Caitlin Jenner got so much flack for stating she/he was a Repiblican. “Big event” on their show is the big dramatic recounting and discussion of Kim’s “robbery” in Paris.

    Taylor Swift Obviously, she is a good sailor, she support the narrative the way the wind is blowing. She pose as a feminist and her fanbase would hate to learn she suport T*rump views.
    And this have a lot more sense than Gaga who is a real feminist, was raped and is a longtime supporter of the LGBT cause. I can’t imagine her to be republican. And Her family as Italians immigrant are not really good with fascism, I presume, like a lot of people with roots in fascist countries.

    Probably Gaga. If she’s a Republican, she has done an amazing job campaining for Clinton and annoying people until they voted Trump out of spite.

    That is a pretty cowardly and immoral thing to do.

    I can understand remaining quiet perhaps but to deliberately act appalled and lie about your position just to make money, is a * thing to do. I typically find that if you are worried about what people are going to think of your views, it’s because you know they are wrong.

    I think this is one of two people:
    Kim Kardashian West – I think she is friends of Trump, but publicly denounced him because it gets her a lot of attention.

    Angelina Jolie Pitt – Her father is a outspoken republican,and said to be a closet racist . She fit the blind because I think her brother is a republican too.

    Can’t believe that she is a Republican….. I hope not…. 🙂 . I don’t discuss my political beliefs – I hang with people who feel the way I do… (which they are probably Replubicans and I don’t know… hahahaah!)

    Please tell me this is Lady Gaga. I only guess her bc it says the family is republican and many Italian New Yorkers are…. also, she has the halftime show coming up. But– if I’m right, then she’s for real nuts lol cause she takes it far.

    Sad liberals can’t practice what they preach. They’re such bullies to anyone who doesn’t follow their views. Disagree, fine. But someone not feeling safe & fearing losing their career bc of their political belief is truly sad.

    This is actually shocking! I would LOVE it if she came out with her real views. There are too many liberal celebrities shoving their agendas in our faces.

    I never stayed quiet about my political views, but I never pushed them on anyone either. I find that most people I know who discuss politics do so with a negative tone, and I’m a very positive person.

      I am like you. It seems that most want to just bathe in fear. Not my philosophy of life at all. Law of attraction got Trump into office. The more negative things that went around about him in the press just made it more and more likely for him to get elected. Mark my words, if people don’t calm down about his presidency, he will get another four years.

    Yes, I stayed quiet on Facebook afyer a friend went off on me for supporting Trump. But I am sure that he would be horrified if I did the same for him about his voting choice!

    I stay completely quiet. While I am tolerant of everyone’s choice, many don’t feel the same. Free speech is only allowed when it is the majority opinion it seems.

      Yup seems that way. I was scolded by family members for commenting on my cousins facebook post that a trump quote she used was totally fake. Wasnt even giving an opinion, just stating a fact! But apparently i “embarassed” her by not agreeing with her BS. yet my other cousins etc can write all they want about kidnapping and torturing trump and his supporters. Totally delusional. Only allowed to post the popular agenda on facebook i guess

      I think you’re right. I think that some were afraid of backlash and being bullied, so they wouldn’t admit that they voted for Trump, and did.

    Why can’t she just stay QUIET about her political leanings? Why say anything in public at all? They are supposed to be ENTERTAINERS, so why are they bothering with POLITICS??

    No, I don’t lie or stay quiet about my political views to avoid conflict. I’d rather find out who is nuts and spare myself further trouble. LOL

    No idea who this twit is but I’ve never hidden my political beliefs. However, I believe there’s no need to get into it w/ people who feel differently than I. But I will say that whoever she is, she should have just not gotten into it w/ her fans.

    I have no idea who it is, but depending on what she is actually protesting, it may not be disingenuous at all. Plenty of Republicans have spoken out against Trump; he doesn’t represent mainstream conservativism at all.

    The only multi-hyphenates that immediately come to mind are Miley Cyrus and Juliette Lewis. I don’t remember ever hearing anything particularly Right Wing and Lewis or her family, so I’m going with Cyrus. Lot’s of Country Music, red state background there, and she’ll do anything for publicity, so…

    I’m from a solid blue state, and had my car keyed in Tennessee, and had a tire slashed in Texas. You better believe I’ve played it low key.

    As a trump supporter in san francisco i stay quiet at work about my opinions. All the liberals only bash trump assuming everyone agrees with them and i just bite my tongue cause i find politics an inappropriate topic at work. But with my family i stopped biting my tongue around october. I wont let them bully me into silence anymore.

    I didn’t have to keep my lefty views to myself but was weary of arguing in my workplace of mostly Republicans. I was tired of the back and forth and thought..anyone who bought what Trump was selling is going to be in for a very rude awakening. Buyer’s remorse within the first year for sure. I told you so.       I was going to guess Katy. Although isn’t she just a singer, that’s why I didn’t think it was her. They said, she comes from a very religions background so I wouldn’t be surprised if her family are conservative Republicans.
