    Wow. My very first thought was Elisabeth Moss and Fred Armisen, thinking “this 100% sounds like them but I’m not sure if everyone will think so too”. Then I scrolled down – based on the responses above it seems like everyone is on the same page.

    Very sad. Fred Armisen is talented as well, but I can’t enjoy his work with all of the rumours of what a horrible person he is.

    I’ve seen the chats boards on Fred Armissen. It’s very good that young performers have access to BG & anonymous sites about creeps. Women performers share this info, and now we’re starting to see performers who refuse to work with another performer because of their online rep!
    That’s a good thing, but very hard to find non-abusive ppl to work with in Hollywood. Stay far away if you can!

    As much as I want to be sympathetic to a woman in pain, it’s worth to remember that Elizabeth Moss is an active Scientologist, and Scientologists have a very peculiar way of defining traumatic experiences based on L. Ron Hubbard’s emotional tone scale.

    Even if her trauma is real, it’s not like she is allowed to get a professional help to recover – other then going through endless interrogations with two metal cans attached and frequent purification rundowns for thousands and thousands…

    My kid got a job working with Fred a couple of years ago. She was excited, but I read BG -so I was scared shitless. I didn’t tell her everything I read, but I did tell her he has a bad rep, and not to be ALONE With him ever! She comes home and says: Fred was so nice to me! Started convos. Asked me about myself. Very down to earth…Okay! Which proves nothing at all, since I’ve met scads of celebs-and the ones who seem the nicest are often the most rotten!
    Example: OJ Simpson! Nice. Sweet…

      You were right to say what you did. If you google it and find boards/posts his MO IS to be this way…. at first. Then the horror comes. Tons of stories of him luring and reeling women in to just humiliate and abandon them.

      Thanks. It was a tough call! I mean, my kid is VERY responsible, whear’s a rape whistle, and isn’t likely to be let herself be put in a position where she could be taken advantage of. But if Fred Armissen said: “Let’s go run lines in my trailer?” Would she have gone? I think she would’ve-because I know his rep is to be charming as hell-and then to become nuts. He shouldn’t be allowed out without a keeper!

      THIS! Elizabeth Moss described her brief marriage to him as “extremely traumatic, awful, horrible.” Moss also said “One of the greatest things I heard someone say about him is, ‘He’s so great at doing impersonations. But the greatest impersonation he does is that of a normal person.’ To me, that sums it up”. He has a horrid reputation for being manipulative, duplicitous lech. He even looks like a creep.

      With Game of thrones not eligible this year, Moss can take solace in that fact that her show will clean up at the Emmys. Living well is the best revenge. take that horrible ex.
