No.

His regret over how his drinking and drugging affected someone special is actually directed… towards another guy!

Specifically, it’s about one of his former band mates.

Many of you did not believe us when we told you years ago that the substance abuse problems in the group were completely out of control and leading to the band’s downfall. Now maybe you will believe us.

We hope the two of them will sit down and talk. Perhaps over a nice chicken dinner?

    His Former Band Mate: Louis Tomlinson (a few years ago a video of the two of them in the back of a car surfaced, while they were touring in Peru, and they were talking about “chicken” aka cocaine)

    I don’t think they’ll be friends again, both seem very stubborn with their own points of view and versions of events. Maybe the band will get back together 15 years from now, just like Take That did.

    Yes I think 1D will reunite in the far future after they get solo work out of their system. They’ll want to keep the 1D brand alive – as a money-maker and a break from the pressures of churning out successful solo work. They’ll regroup as the original line-up ie Zayn included. They were all very close before it went bad & Zayn will have cleaned up his excessive drug use. He’ll be back to his old self & be forgiven.

    Louis Tomlinson, and the song is probably about Harry Styles. Harry seems like so keen on not taking heavy drugs and too much alcohol and Louis was probably drowning on it along with Zayn. And it’s probably one of the reasons LT ad HS broke up. Sad.
    I think they can be friends again if LT stop taking too much drugs and alcohol because HS seems too concerned about that. Nah, they’d never get back together as a band. Probably for a reunion tour if their individual careers need it.

    One Direction, Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles. If they truly aren’t together now, they definitely will get back together one day. There’s too much shared love and history for it all to vanish as though it never happened. Plus, tattoos tie them together. Quite literally, they are each other’s rope and anchor, and ship and compass. They’ll find their way home.

    I was going to guess Larry Stylinson, but Zayn’s songs tend to be more soulful than Louis’ and the similar stories are about Zayn. I don’t know if they’ll be friends again, but 1D is done. They aren’t reuniting.

    Definitely a 1Der. Harry and Niall maybe? Idk which two for sure, but I caught the “directed” clue and everyone knows about the “chicken” fiasco.

    I don’t care about the band, but I hope the proper involved find resolution and peace of mind. Everyone deserves love, whether it’s romantic or platonic.

    I think Harry is a good guy and he never wanted a fight, he never answered to Zayn attacks, so i think if he has a chance, he will makes peace with Zayn.

    With Zayn, i don’t think it will happen. Without Zayn, who knows.

    If they’re not friends again by now, it’s never happening. I don’t think there will be a reunion unless someone becomes penniless.

    Zayn is going to put out a remorseful song to one or all of the other 1D bandmates. Then when they regroup – in the far off future after their solo careers wain – they will embrace him back. I don’t know WHEN they’ll perform as 1D again but I’m betting it will be the original line up of 5. I hope they ALL get clean. They’re nice lads.

    Yeah, they’re never getting back together. I don’t know a lot about the dynamics of the group but I do know that Zayn leaving caused a lot of shit and I know a lot of them don’t talk (read: Louis and Harry, Zayn and…I think everyone) so I just don’t know. I don’t think so, though.

      Right band, wrong member. The chicken reference is about the Zayn/Louis drug video, where they talk about “chicken” waiting for them in Chile. People have said that the chicken was a reference to cocaine.

    song directed toward Louis. Their friendship was mostly just drugs bonding and not real anyway.

    the band will never let Zayn return nor should they, unless it’s 10-20 years down the road. Zayn has slagged them off way too much, isn’t reliable, is selfish, no loyalty. Any other problems within the band was never like his problems with them.
