Be Quiet Hair

woman hair scissors[Blind Gossip] This young actress went to a new stylist for a hair cut a few weeks ago. It did not go well.

She was obnoxious from the minute she sat down. Very self important. She was talking loudly on her phone while [the stylist] was trying to work and then she kept criticizing him and trying to tell him how to do his job.

He got frustrated and said, “Will you just be quiet and let me do my job?” She was really insulted and told him “How dare you speak to me that way! I’m the customer!” He got so fed up that he finally just put the scissors down and walked away. He left one side of her hair about four inches shorter than the other! She was yelling at him to come back and finish the job, but he refused.

She finally gave up and called someone to come pick her up.  She wrapped her head in a towel and left, swearing up a storm. We were horrified and laughing at the same time!

    Hmm… BI don’t always make thing clear for us. It would be too easy to guess.
    The red head in the pic is to throw us off I think.

    To me this screams either Elizabeth Olsen or Jennifer Lawrence

    I hope they solve this one quick so we can find out who it is

    Wait- this IS Emma Roberts (of course it is). In June she went from long red to shorter blond at a salon in Beverly Hills. The fact that this is Emma Roberts surprises exactly no one.

    I would have said this is definitely the awful Emma Roberts, who went from long red to about 4-6 inches shorter blond. But this was in March, not a few weeks ago. So I got nothin.

    I initially though Bella Thorne but then I remembered Lea Michelle was recently photographed leaving a hair salon so I’m going with her (and could totally see her acting like this)

    Sarah Hyland just posted a picture showing off her new red hair. It’s shorter too. Could this be her?

    I think it’s terrible customer service. They should adapt to their customer especially if it’s a newcomer. Unless she swore at them or abused their kindness and hospitality, the stylist should not have left her with partially cut hair.

      Nope. She can go someplace else and if she badmouth the establishment, they can out her and her behavior and ban her for life.

    Funny. While unprofessional of the stylist, I could see myself doing the same thing. One can only take so much rudeness. He did the right thing and walked away. I’m sure the urge to chop her hair was there

      You are kidding right. No one has the right to dish that kind of abuse nor are you required to take it. Call the manager and ask for the customer to be removed. Walking off works too.

    No idea who the actress is, but GOOD ON THAT STYLIST. I don’t care who you are, you’re paying someone to do your hair, they rely on feedback to make sure they’re doing what you want. If you can’t be separated from whatever you’re doing on your phone for a couple of hours, maybe you should reschedule your appointment.

    This is terrible customer service. She’s right. She’s the customer and they should serve her and do so with a smile, no matter how annoying she is. Many people get anxious when they are getting their hair cut and provide input. The entitled person here is the stylist. She’s rude, sure, but she’s the customer and the customer is always right. He should have talked to her and tried to calm her down. And leaving her with partly cut hair is horrible.

      Sorry, people in the customer services are there to serve you, not to take your abuse.

      How would you like it if i came into your job and told you how to do and complained to everyone around me about how useless you were at it? I dont think you would grin and bare it, you would you ask me to leave and be on my way.

      Sorry the customer isnt always right, especially when abuse is being hurled at them

      “And leaving her with partly cut hair is horrible.” – You’re absolutely right. He could have asked another stylist to take over, if nothing else. His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I have friends who are stylists and some also own salons, and they’re horrified.

      That is an old tired concept. The customer is not always right. In this case the customer was almost insuring the stylist would do a bad job. I can’t imagine how difficult it was trying to cut someone’s hair while they were on the phone. It’s hard enough when you get a person who can’t talk w/o moving their head! And I’m sure there would have been someone else waiting for their appointment with the stylist, how about the rudeness of tying up the stylist past the time it should have taken?

      Yes. Especially where the private sector is concerned – the customer is by no means always right. It is up to the employees to maintain professionalism no matter what but they do not have to put up with abuse or even difficult clients. We turn people away on a weekly basis. If your business is successful and you have a strong clientele, there is no need or desire to put with ridiculousness. Only companies desperate for business would put up with that in this day and age.

      Might be terrible ustomer service, but there needs to be respect oth sides. The stylist had already put up with the insults on how to do his job and blatent disrespect. I say that if she comes to me to do a job based on my expertise, but then proceeds to belittle and seriously disrespect me, not only to my face, but to those around me, she has broken the unwritten contract and needs to be shown the door. This stylist should not have to take that kind of behavior. Bravo for him

    Ha ha this is too funny. Good for the stylist! If she could get a better cut based on her criticizing him then why want him to continue? Somebody entitled liked the sound of their own voice that day.
    I was originally thinking Kylie Jenner…but their stylists go to their homes.

    Her behavior is horrible, which seems to be the norm for her. I think the stylist’s reaction was awesome. She should be thankful that he didn’t “accidentally” shave part of her head!

    Whomever the stylist is, this person is now my hero! I’m so glad people don’t cave in to these morons and their ridculous behavior/demands. Just the thought of anyone behaving like that whie someone is trying to style their hair shows a complete lack of sense. Kudos to the stylist. Now, hopefully Karma will work and the idiot actress will get alopecia.
