[Blind Gossip] This actor really expected to get nominated for an Academy Award. He is likely disappointed that didn’t happen.

There are still other awards ceremonies, so you will see him around. However, there is one administrative detail to take care of.

They don’t know what to do about the girlfriend now. He does have [another film] coming out, but most of the press for that is being shelved, so there isn’t any opportunity for her there.

There’s just not a lot for her to do for the next six months and she’s not happy about being restricted from seeing other people.

Our best bet? Since they have a mutual project to promote sometime later this year, they are going to encourage her to stick it out. She is young and pretty and has a famous name, so even the occasional date with her will get a photo op and international mention. They can ramp up the dating frequency when they are closer to the film’s release.

Let’s just hope she doesn’t pick up any of her dad’s bad habits in the meantime!

    Sounds like Tim Chalamet and Lily-Rose Depp. I doubt any of their Gen-Z fan base really believes this anyway. That generation is pretty clued-in.

    If Lily Rose can’t handle the idea of spending 6 months enjoying her own company, hanging with friends, she’s 100% going to end up where her father is – because the disease of celebrities is an inability to not be continually stimulated in some way… if they’re not getting an adrenaline high from publicity and crowds and press, seems like they seek the same feeling from artificial stimulants. Take a lesson from Rob Lowe: learn to deal with the boredom before you succumb to the drugs.

    I think the project that’s having its publicity being shelved is the Woody Allen film, because, well, Woody Allen.

    But i don’t understand what he gains. It’s obvious he is pretty uncomfortable talking about the relationship and frankly i don’t think he needs this kind of publicity.
    If the charade was about him being watched with a girl, that was already done.
