[Blind Gossip] This TV actress thought that the many celebrities she invited to her wedding were her new group of friends.

Not really.

[All those celebrity friends] aren’t really available for day to day chats and she is starting to think that some of them may have been using her a little bit. She thought her new sister in law would warm up to her after the wedding, but that didn’t happen either. She is “on the cool side.”

She is very busy and has a lot of people around her, but [her husband] is really her only friend right now. She is feeling lonely. That’s why her mom may be moving closer to her.

    Meghan Markle. No surprise here. When you invite a lot of celebrities you hardly know, what can you really expect? Hollywood is an environment where everyone uses each other, for their next job or next bit of publicity. You’d think she’d have known better, but sounds like she was wrapped up in the whole “fairytale” aspect of it. I don’t feel sorry for her, though, since she chose this life.

    Why did Megan think that if she invited stranger celebrities to her wedding, they somehow would become her friends? She wasn’t loyal to her uncle that helped her get a job and other family, like her mom’s family who didn’t embarrass her. It looked bad to have only her mother there and no other family.

    I do feel a bit sorry for Meghan Markle. Why do people think they know who she is and think she’s a social climber. Same could be said about Kate. I wonder if now, that all the dust has settled from the wedding Meghan is surprised at how lonely she might be. Kate had built-in friends having grown up in England. Shame she can’t be a little more welcoming, even with her busy life.

Kate looks as much warmer person and I have never heard a bad word from anyone when it comes to her. She’s very devoted to William and her children.       England is one of those countries that you can live in forever and if you don’t cause any trouble or know influential people (wink, wink), you can stay forever. You just cannot get citizenship or permanent residency (very difficult to get either).

      I am thinking for security purposes (Meghan will be visiting a lot) she will live in a royal residence – but maybe not. A flat nearby?

    This unfortunately was expected. It is glamorous to think of being a Princess, but the world they live is very controlled and scheduled. She left everyone and everything she knew. She gave up her privacy in a way that is different from being an actor. Even if you are an actor, you still have your own life and freedoms. People look on the outside of these people lives of money and fame, and think that it’s so glamorous and wonderful, when in reality, it’s not.     Meghan married, moved to another country, and had to cut ties with 1/2 her family all in a year. That’s a lot for anyone. Given her childhood BFF and her step-sister sold her out, so maybe she felt safer that other celebs wouldn’t. The total time she’s spent with Kate is prob minimal, given their schedules – it will take time. Kate has Pippa and still sees her mom often. I don’t feel sorry for Meghan, but without a sibling and in a foreign country, who wouldn’t be lonely? It’s normal!

    This is Duchess Meghan. She should not worry about Catherine not warming up to her. Capricorns are normally very reserved and like to take their time. Leos and Capricorns see the world very differently, and Meghan’s version of friendship and Catherine’s are very different. Now is not the time to worry about it.     I definitely saw this happening with KM. My guess is that it will take a while for KM to warm up to her. Right now, she sees her as competition and is probably super jealous of all the attention MM is getting. Plus, KM always seemed like a little bit of a “mean girl” to me.
    MM has some very close friends, they just don’t live in the UK. I’m sure it’s lonely, but she’s trying too hard and that never helps.

    I’m surprise that at least a few of her actor friends wouldn’t be friendly. Hopefully she can make some real ones where she is now.

    I feel bad because she moved to a new country and doesn’t have anyone which is why I said she invited those celebrities, she wants friends. Her mom should’ve moved with her from the beginning. She should try reaching out to Harry’s cousins they seem cool

    No, I don’t feel that sorry for her. I think she’s a social climber who used and ghosted a lot of people. The BRF is a tough nut to crack. Look at what happened to Diana, who was British and an aristocrat. What did she expect?

    I don’t feel too sorry for a princess or duchess. She should’ve learned from Hollywood that the pretty popular people are fake as f. It’s still early on in her new life. Cultivate potential relationships with compatable companions who aren’t going to use her for publicity or social climbing. Seperate the wheat from the chafe in friendships.

    Meghan. At least she has Harry. Kate is too busy with her kids (nannies aside) and her own public duties and friends to be friends with her. Although it wouldn’t hurt to try.

      Kate and Wills only have one nanny for 3 kids. She’s also very hands on and even is seen shopping for groceries. She doesn’t have time for a fake like MEagain Markle…user extraordinaire.

Who invites Oprah to an event like that when they aren’t even acquainted and then wants her to suddenly be available for day to day chats? AWKWARD! I do feel sorry for her for the life she bought into but she should have learned from Diana and stayed on her Hollywood track… great money, where what you want, SAY what you want. She lives in a gilded cage of her own design now.
