Quiet Rejects Noisy

[Blind Gossip] This singer practically idolizes another famous singer. Although they are contemporaries, the latter is much quieter and behaves much more maturely than the former.

We’ll call them Noisy and Quiet.

Noisy loves Quiet’s voice and message and wants to be friends with her. Maybe even do a collaboration.

Noisy has tried writing and calling Quiet, tried inviting her to parties, and has even sent her gifts. Quiet has rebuffed her at every turn. It is not because she it a snob.

She doesn’t like celebrities like [Noisy] who are always begging for attention and pulling stunts to try to become more popular. She doesn’t need to be in anyone’s squad or do drugs to be cool. She just wants to live a “normal” life with her family and friends, make interesting music, and occasionally collaborate with talented people who don’t try to use her for drama.

Not Taylor Swift.

    Kesha has a phenomenal voice, and while her early songs were ‘party’ songs much like Katy’s, Kesha has been through a lot and is making amazing music and she’s matured personally and professionally. Meanwhile, Katy’s last album wasn’t as successful, and her style hasn’t evolved much. She also fancies herself a feminist, and probably in her career also was harassed in some way – so Kesha’s activism likely resonates with her.

    I actually like Katy’s music and used to like her but she has progressively got more desperate and weird and it’s such a shame as I like her fun stuff.

    I’d be a volatile mixture of both. Noisy and attention w**** when I’m promoting a project or “on”.. reserved and down to earth when with family and friends. There’s a time and place to be a celebrity.. and to unplug and just be yourself.

    I get a Lorde Swift vibe but that was long ago. and I feel that Swift made Lorde feel welcome when she hit stardom.

    I’d keep a low profile if I were an entertainer. Sometimes what’s meant to be edgy and ultra-cool comes off as attention-seeking and desperate.

    I’m guessing Lorde(I think her name) and I wanted to say Miley Cyrus based on the description of the person but the actual verbs of what’s going on don’t sound like her. So my final guess is Demi Lovota(i know her names wrong I don’t know how to fix it and be correct without opening a new tab and checking)
    I’ve always found lorde to be snobby, maybe she isn’t but that’s the vibe I get from her

    I think Quiet sounds like Adele. Noisy could be practically anyone, but I’ll guess Katy Perry. Honestly, Adele is so talented and the fact that she doesn’t court fame in any way makes her so cool.

    Mariah Carey and Beyonce? Mariah has gushed over Bey in the past and Beyonce stays away from the limelight big time unless she’s got something to promote. Hell, she hasn’t even done an interview in years.
