[Blind Gossip] This comedic actor has starred in many movies, but he doesn’t seem to have a big ego. His off-screen persona is fairly close to his on-screen characters. Just a likeable, average guy.

He seems to have a nice life outside of work, too.  Wife, kids, house. It’s all so normal and mundane that perhaps he’s taken his eye off the ball.

His wife is having an affair. [Actor] has no idea. The affair is on hold over the summer because the kids are around, but it will pick up again once the kids go back to school.

Who’s the man? Nobody famous. Just a cute contractor doing some work around their house. Apparently he’s drilling the wife, too!

    Tim Allen was Tim the Tool Man Taylor, has been in a lot of movies and seems like a good guy. He has a daughter who is 9 or 10 years old.

    I’m gonna go with Tim Allen. Aka: Tim the tool man Taylor. He’s been in heaps of movies…. but I do hope I’m wrong…

      I thought his children would be way too old for this blind to work…but he and his 2nd wife have a daughter that is 8 years old so it is possible

    I want to say Paul Rudd, just because the description reminds me of the mean tweet he read out on Jimmy Kimmel, something about how he seems so boring, like the kind of guy who goes home to a bland spaghetti dinner with his wife and talks about his day. The kids’ ages would make sense too based on the description.

    “…eye off the ball.” = His latest movie is about a baseball umpire who became a spy.

      I knew the uncommon phrase “eye off the ball” was the clue, but I couldn’t figure it out. I think you got it. He was just in The Catcher Was a Spy.

      This. Vaughn married his wife, a ‘civilian’ in the real estate business, in 2010 after meeting through friends in 2008. Low-key wedding in Illinois, two kids, stay out of the spotlight. He was in Dodgeball movie.

      I never understand people thinking movie stars or celebrities are extra interesting, extra intelligent, extra worldly, etc. They are just regular people who have a high-profile, well-paying job. It doesn’t insulate them from marital problems any more than being a CEO would.

    I think I would. It’s only happened once and it was a long distance relationship. But I knew.

    Hope I’m wrong but my guess is either Vince Vaughn or Adam Sandler
    I just went through this. My ex husband was cheating on me. The signs were he was on his phone a lot and joined a gym. That’s when I knew something was up but I refused to play detective. I have a clear conscience because I know I did the right thing and he didn’t. Cheaters never win!
