A Boy Who Likes Girls

[Blind Gossip] Establishing yourself as an award-nominated actor when you are under the age of thirty is a phenomenal thing.

Once you get the initial recognition, though, how do you ensure your longevity in the business?

Well, if you are male and want to be offered the greatest variety of roles (e.g., action adventure, romance, drama, comedy), you need to establish yourself as a boy who likes girls!

He hasn’t had a girlfriend in years, so they want him to date a girl publicly, but he just rolls his eyes and says “Why can’t we just say I’m too busy?” He’s very hot right now, so there are tons of pretty girls (actresses and models) clamoring for a contract with him. He did agree to some P.R. P.D.A. with a girl. He doesn’t mind the kissing and hand-holding as long as it leads to an article or a photo with a good caption that makes him seem like a ladies man. No contract yet, but I’ll keep you posted.

    Other than Hollywood insisting on a person being hetero for the sake of sales, I find it so painful that someone has to be “dating” or in a relationship or seen out on the town with someone romantically. Why should that be the “norm”???
    He can be as unattached and as single for as long as he ends up being so. And that doesn’t mean that he’s gay either.

    No, I think he just doesn’t want to be put into fake relationships and he shouldn’t have to, I have never gone to see a film because of whom a person is dating even if I like both people, I wish that Hollyweird would let people be themselves.

    Oh Timothee! Come on man, don’t let those execs bring you down, because it’s * 2018. I am a dumb straight bloke and I can tell. You are not going to lose any fans if you come out, if anything, most of your fanbase digs that you’re gay.
    I mean, anyone, just look at his interactions with Saoirse during the awards season. That’s the body language of two very good friends with great chemistry and ZERO sexual tension between them.

    I think he might be gay, I think its sad that the entertainment industry vocally supports the LGBT community, but not necessarily the actors/actress who are, or at least they are made to feel that way.

    Hes a critically acclaimed, famous, nominated actor, under thirty and hot right now! There where multiples articles about him being surrounded by models and actresses at parties, who wanted to date him. Lourdes Leon was his last public relationship! He is still linked romantically to his costar Armie Hammer, so his management wants to create clearance around his sexuality, to kick of his career even more. He also stated in many interviews that hes ”too busy”…

    The picture makes me think of Timothée Chalamet.
    I have heard him talk about dating a girl once in high school but that’s pretty much the extent of what we know about his personal life.
    I don’t know what to think about him. I wouldn’t see the point in pretending you’re straight while playing in a movie like CMBYN when you know people will question your sexuality.
    I think he’s not “too busy”, he is just doing his thing and is not interesting in a long term relationship and that’s fine.

    I love this kid. He’s very talented & seems grounded & genuinely sweet. Leave him alone! Let him stay single & unattached until he’s ready to ….come out? …find a real girlfriend?       With his success at playing a young gay man into older guys, it serves a few purposes for him to be hetero-dating publicly. I don’t think he’s gay, but better to quell those inevitable rumors as early as possible.

    No clue on the actor, but I don’t know why publicists try and push clients to do stunts like this. A publicist is supposed to make their client look good, not fake and ridiculous. I also think the general public is starting to realize how fake a lot of these relationships are.

    It could be so many.
    The piece does not indicate if he’s gay or just not interested in dating, but it’s kind of funny/sad that even in 2018 a male actor must establish himself as heterosexual if he wants to work. I would love to see an established actor who does not need the money come out as gay or bi…and not in a Kevin Spacey way, but in a positive way. It would really help younger actors. Don’t get me wrong, I understand why they don’t…it kind of kills the fantasy when they are…

    He is filming a new movie called The King so he could be busy with that, but I also feel that he’s in the closet and doesn’t want to say anything; I could be wrong though and just assuming.
