Blabby Family Ruining Secret Sale

[Lainey Gossip] Not just celebrity real estate news. It would be major, major celebrity real estate news. About a piece of property that once belonged to an iconic entertainer.

What was once a happy place became associated with controversy and then pretty much abandoned. Someone however, supposedly wants to restore its glory. But enough to buy it?

Certain family members of another arguably iconic entertainer of this generation are going around telling people that he’s purchased the estate. And that he will be putting it all back together, devoting considerable resources to upgrading the space and making it worthy of our dreams again. Allegedly he’s already spent some time there undercover.

It’s not known when he would make the announcement, if an announcement is to be made at all. Because these family members aren’t always reliable. And because of their reputations, members of his team take care to keep information on a need to know basis. Either they’re full of a sh-t then or they’d be potentially jeopardizing a huge acquisition. If this goes through, though, if this is true, it’s a fairy tale story. Almost unbelievable.

    Well, there’s talk of Oracle’s Larry Ellison buying the Cal Neva Resort, which Frank Sinatra used to own and has fallen into disrepair. He’s not an entertainer, though. Not sure who else might be considering it.

      I don’t think it’s Kanye considering buying it, as he’s broke and in no mental state to sign any kind of legal papers. And “almost unbelievable,” makes me think of believeable, which reminds me of Beliebers, so I’ll take J. Bieber ftw!

    This is about Walt Disney’s house in Los Feliz, where he lived until 1950 (before moving). It needs major repairs, and the bad mojo is that Lillian Disney had a miscarriage there, and that it was subsequently owned by grocery magnate Leno LoBianco, who sold the house one year before he and two others were murdered by Charles Manson (and others) in 1969, at their new residence.

    Kanye West likes to compare himself to Walt. Although it would be Kim’s relations blabbing, though.

    This has to be neverland ranch, but I can’t find anything about it being bought online; last I heard it was going to be turned into a museum.

    As for what I’d do with it: full Graceland.

    I’d say it’s Michael Jackson’s Neverland. But I have no idea who is going to buy it.

    If I bought it, (assuming I have massive financial resources) I would turn it into a place for sick children to visit. Like a Make A Wish park.

    I would guess that the potential new owner is Justin Bieber.

    If I bought the property I would restore it to its original state and market it something like Graceland, as a tribute to MJ.
