[Blind Gossip] This beautiful actress had a baby in the past year. However, unlike some celebrities who are showing off their post-partum six-packs, this mom isn’t bouncing back quite as quickly.
The baby is “fussy,” she’s not happy with how her body is bouncing back, and she would rather just sleep or be with the baby than work. She’s keeping a low profile. She has projects lined up but she just doesn’t have the energy to get back to work at her usual pace.

Advice: Don’t buckle to the continued pressure by the industry and/or people (who don’t even know you) to lose the weight immediately. I have a small frame (always been 115-120 lbs at 5’6) and my youngest daughter was 9.5 lbs. At age 31, it took some time to lose the weight that I gained with that pregnancy.
Enjoy your precious blessing & take as much time as you need to lose the baby weight!

This is definitely Natalie Portman – clue being “Beautiful” (from her role in Beautiful Girls)

No idea who it is but she might want to seek help for postpartum depression. As for all these people on here telling her to just stay home and that it’s “good” to want to do nothing but sleep despite having projects lined up let me ask you all this: would you be saying that if she was a man?
avalonlee says
And this reaction is so normal! Relax. Sleep. Enjoy your life!

Does Blake lively have projects lined up? I don’t see her as a busy actress. Zooey and Natalie Portman fit this more.

No Idea on the actress. Blake Lively? Mila Kunis? Oivia Wilde?
Advice: Stop worrying about trying to keep up with everyone else and focus on yourself and your family. Sleep when you need to. Accept help from friends and family (we love to help in any way!). Spend time with your baby. Focus on the wonderful little being you created. Your body may just need some time to get back to where it was. And if it never does? Who cares. You grew a tiny human in there. Go easy on it. 🙂

Does Hollywood have maternity leave for actresses? I’m honestly shocked if they don’t…

Beautiful busy actresses who just had a baby. Thinking of gal gadot, scarlet johansen, and Natalie Portman. I’ve seenscarjo and gadot and both looked like they bounced back fine. Don’t know if inhave seen portman lately.

Blake Lively?
She is absolutely radiant. No matter how she sees herself, or feels about her body, or how she has coped with shifting gears from a fast-paced acting lifestyle to mom-trepeneur…she just has that “it” thing that people are drawn to.
I could see her going down the Jessica Alba-track…she has the chops, the business-savvy and the creativity. I’m a fan and as a young mom myself, she should follow her heart. I’m excited to continue to follow her career, wherever it leads…

I don’t have a guess. My advice is to give yourself permission to enjoy your baby and life at whatever pace feels right for you. Every one is different and even the same woman will recover differently after each pregnancy.

If it is her, it seems like “New Girl” won’t be back based on the way the final episode seemed to tie up loose ends and give a happy ending. After doing a show for years I don’t blame her for wanting to decompress
nzac19 says
It’s been renewed for a short season, I think 8 episodes maybe? They had the last season finale kind of wrap things up in case they didn’t get renewed

Anne Hathaway. She’s made a few comments about new moms being pressured to lose baby weight immediately after giving birth. Honestly, I think she should do what feels right. She has the luxury of being able to choose how much she works, so why not enjoy life on her own terms?
tellmemore says
Ok, maybe not. I just googled and found out her baby was a year old in March. IDK, then.
High Steppa says
IDK, maybe Blake Lively?
Lollipopkid says
I totally think it’s Blake too! love her! and I think she’s slated to be in next James Bond movie- supposed to be next Leading Female Action Star
AHHAof3 says
This is probably Olivia Wilde. Having one child is work, but having that 2nd one is about 4 times as much work. And after the third? All bets are off-you’re just surviving. Whomever this is, I actually really admire her for being more “normal” than most celebrities. My advice to her is to stay home and continue to enjoy her child(ren), and don’t worry about the weight, so long as she is healthy.
AHHAof3 says
Actually, can I change my answer to Natalie Portman? I just saw a picture of her and her face is fuller than it typically is. She’s still tiny compared to most women, though!!
blueberry says
She is in 1984 on Broadway right now, so it can’t be her.
alystina says
It sounds like Rosie HW, she hasn’t even posted a pic of herself on IG. Don’t worry, you’re actually doing what you should be doing. Babies want to be near their mother sleeping, and it helps heal post-partial depression to be close to your baby, instead of running around and working:) take all the time you need.
libertyharlow says
Sigh. Is it wrong that this makes me feel better about myself?
And I think I’d like her more – for the human aspect
redstilettos says
Glad she wants to be with her baby. It took me a couple of years, but I got my six pack back and to my high school weight. Too many actresses try to do it overnight. I did it with portion control and exercise. Dunno on the actress. Can someone please cuddle the baby in the picture? LOL
kvetro60 says
Good for her, that is actually normal.
guessingnotknowing says
Absolutely. And adjusting to her new life (and making her baby’s life as good as it can be) is so much more important than anything else could ever be.
