[Blind Gossip] This famous musician has a celebrity wife and child/ren. But did you know that they don’t live together? In fact, they never have! However, the constant activity of buying and selling multiple houses over the past few years apparently prevents people from seeing this.

It’s like a little residential shell game. The buying and remodeling and selling helps them look like they are a couple, but he doesn’t really have any intention of living here. Every house they buy is their “dream house” that just needs to be fixed up to be perfect, but that’s just an excuse. I can’t remember the last time they slept under the same roof. When they do, it’s not in the same room.

We told you in January 2016 that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian don’t live together. In fact, they never have!

Although they have been dating/having children together/been married for over four years, they don’t live under the same roof. They just buy and renovate and sell off properties and continuously provide excuses as to why they don’t cohabitate. This week’s excuse: It’s not “safe” to have Kanye around the children after his mental breakdown.

Let’s talk about a couple of houses in their real estate shell game.

They bought a 9,000 square foot house in Bel Air in 2013. Then they spent a year and a millions of dollars remodeling it… but neither of them actually lives there. Not that they would want to. They took a pretty, three-year-old Mediterranean-inspired house and turned it into… well, you be the judge. Here are the before and after pics:

Then they bought a $20 million house in Hidden Hills in 2014 that they are expanding to 20,000 square feet. They have been remodeling that house for the past two+ years… but neither of them actually lives there, either.

The only thing more convoluted than the rat maze that is Kanye’s brain is the rat maze that is his Hidden Hills house. Check out the transformation from stately English manor to giant, convoluted labyrinth:

The Winchester Mystery House is looking to franchise, and has apparently settled on this Hidden Hills property. We can’t wait to see the staircase to nowhere!

Kim basically lives at her mother’s house in Calabasas. Kanye has an apartment in Los Angeles and a place in Paris. Hey, let’s all go to Paris! Oh, wait…

    Their relationship started out as friends whose whole marriage is completely fake in every way. He’s gay ( like 70% of famous rappers)and closeted and she was looking for a brand marriage to make her more money. The farce did make them money and they fooled the world for awhile so in pr relationship terms it worked well. I feel sorry for Kanye because he’s clearly completely nuts now and before all of this he was a talented musician.

    I don’t think it’s Kim and Kanye. So it could be Jay-Z and Beyonce? I read that she sold her house.

    However would they really call Jay-z , or Kanye a musician?? I don’t think so. So the blind is probably not about them.

    This is SO Kanye and Kim.. It’s pretty obvious she has lived with her mother with the kids and Kanye lives in a home somewhere else. Thats where he makes music, gets it on with Ricardo and talks to himself (bioplar/schizo). lol

    It’s Kim and Kanye. Kim lives with her mom and Kanye has his own house except when he is in Paris with his boyfriend, Ricardo Tischi. Their children were conceived via IVF.

    Kanye is NOT a muscian. He samples beats. So can’t be him & Kim.

    I was sick in bed recently with what must have been some kind of brain virus, because I ended up watching an eposide of keeping up whatever, and in the eposide Kris said “Kim and Kanye are always at my house. When will they ever move out?”. My eyes nearly rolled out the back of my head. Surrrre Kanye lives there, sure. 😉

    Kim K and Kanye West. This is a perfect example of a gay man and his beard. With all the money they are worth combined, Kim should have quit her reality show a long time ago. Kim lives with Kris Jenner and keeps up the charade instead. When is she going to stop flipping houses with Kanye and get a real man?

    Kim and Kanye…I heard they were planning on selling the place that is under construction once its done. Also, why don’t Kim and Kanye rent a house while the construction is going on, why do they live at Kris’s house? What man wants to live in the same house as his mother in law. Might make sense that he’s not living there…

    Just like Jay-Z & Beyonce, Kanye & Kim’s “Marriage” is a business relationship. Both benefit from a business/publicity angle as well as financial angel. I seriously cannot wait these people to go away.

    The only couple I can think of are Joel Madden and Nicole Richie, but I don’t think it’s them. I’m sure they’ll have lived together at some point, even if not right now.

    Buying and selling houses puts me in mind of Kanye and Kim. Did they ever move into that house they were remodeling? I thought I read they finished it, then put it up for sale, then changed their minds about selling or something.

    They’re always buying and remodeling a house. Kim is always living with Kris because of this. First it was the home in Bel Air next to Gordon Ramsey. That house went under full reconstruction & it still hasn’t been put up for sale or lease (to my knowledge). Now, it’s their newest 20 million dollar home in Hidden Hills that they purchased from Marie Presley. Apparently they’re remodeling that one too. Kim is currently living with Kris.

    It just seems a little strange.. if I’m paying 20 million for a home, I’m not going to fully remodel it. Maybe a few small changes here & there to make it my own, but not full reconstruction. If they’re that picky, they need to simply build their own house from the ground up.

      I completely agree! It’s so wasteful, all of the houses they buy are beautiful and don’t need any renovation. They then tear them apart and can’t be bothered to finish the job and move on to the next one! It’s like they’re slowly destroying LA real estate one mansion at a time 😉 And like you said, why spend 20 million on a house to then not live in it/completely re-model it!?!

      On the other hand who cares if they don’t live together? I love my fiancée but he’s the messiest person I know! Sometimes I think if we lived next door to each other it’d be ok 🙂

    They are very much a couple. I believe the real reason behind the fact that they don’t live in their own home together is because Kanye refuses to have the Keeping Up with the Kardashians film crew in his dream home. They will play this renovation storyline out on the show until it goes off the air. Or Kim will windup filming all of her scenes at her sisters or her mom’s place like she does now.

    I think they love each other & she was at an age where she wanted kids. he’s one of her best friends, they love and respect each other. but is it what most people expect when they think of a “marriage”? no. is it totally a loveless “arrangement”? no. it’s some mix of the two that works for them both. and that’s ok.

      High.. i had to read your comment 3 times to make sure i got it right. They love each other? When was that marriage ever about love? Two egomaniacs.. god only knows what they thought would be the big deal about them getting married. I don’t believe they are a ‘couple’ in ANY sense of the word – friends or otherwise.

      having a big ego doesn’t make someone incapable of loving others. both of them have love for their families and friends and long lasting close relationships to prove it . just the same, they have love for each other and a bond that’s lasted over a decade, as well as the bond of having 2 children together. if you can’t see the admiration, love, and friendship they share , and the respect they have for each other’s success, you probably haven’t paid attention. I don’t watch her tv show…

      When one has narcissism to that degree (Kim) I’m not sure it’s possible to love anyone else. Kanye presents as egotistical, but once he explained it I think he sees it more of positive branding.
      I remember the time Kourt said that the ratio of Kim/North to Nannies/North must be 1:4 or less. She wasn’t joking. Kim was NOT amused. But when you can’t find time for your baby except as a prop, you have issues.

      Before they were together she always had her own home, but because he doesn’t want to stay with her she has to continue to live with her mother, if “they” she rented a home until the renovations were supposedly finished he’d have to live with her otherwise everyone would notice he’s never around. He’s gay and she doesn’t mind be adding because he’s finally the famous catch she’s been angling for.

    I don’t think they’ve ever had a home to call their own. They keep “renovating” multiple homes, and somehow Kim has ended up moving back in with her mom. No clue where Kanye is.
