Puppy Bowl Begger

[Blind Gossip] This celebrity brought a new puppy into their household in the past couple of months.

Knowing that the Super Bowl was coming up, they started contacting the people in charge of the Puppy Bowl.

In case you are not a sports fan – or a puppy fan – The Puppy Bowl is some alternative programming that takes place a couple of hours before the Super Bowl.

Puppies are placed in a plexiglass “stadium” and the adorable canines frolic and play with each other and various toys.

Well, our celebrity tried to pitch why their puppy should included in the Puppy Bowl.

They were begging to be included. They were going on about how many social media followers they had and how they would talk up the event and help the TV show’s ratings if THEIR puppy was included.

The Puppy Bowl people declined.

We explained that this was a charitable event and that the puppies came from shelters around the country. We also explained that the show was actually filmed many months before The Super Bowl. It is not a live event.

It is unclear if the celebrity was really trying to help get those adorable puppies adopted… or if they were just looking for attention for themselves!

    IDK who the person is but the Puppy Bowl was filmed at my husband’s soundstage in Dallas months ago. It was really cute to watch!

    The motivation was attention! I love watching the Puppy Bowl. I’m glad they declined because it’s about the dogs, not someone’s ego.

    Mark Wahlberg. He was in Ellen recently talking about his new dog and his kids are trying to make it famous.

      I follow Mark’s puppy on Instagram. The dog is very sweet and cute.
      I think they are trying to test social media and get their dog famous.

    Kris Jenner comes to mind because this gives off Kardashian vibes and she got a puppy recently.

    I don’t think this family cares at all about animals. She only wanted attention and publicity. It’s disgusting that they are using innocent animals as mere props.
