[Blind Gossip] This female triple threat is currently in talks to play a one-time TV role opposite a male triple threat who is almost exactly half her age.

She’s old enough to be his mother but she actually thinks she can pull it off! She was saying, “We look around the same age, don’t we?” Even with all the plastic surgery… ummm…. NO. But nobody is going to tell her that, so everyone was saying, “Oh, yes, yes! You two definitely look around the same age!”

She has a very active dating life and is is always working to improve her appearance to make herself more desirable… but thinking that she looks half her age? Oh, brother!

    I guess what threw me off of guessing JLo from this blind, was they said Triple threat. JLo isn’t even a single threat. The girl definitely definitely definitely can’t sing. She’s a mediocre actress. Her dancing used to be really good. How is she a triple threat again?

    I’d say confident. They certainly don’t look the same age but their age difference could work for Bye Bye Birdy. It’s not like they’re fifty years apart.

    JLo? I dunno; when The Graduate was filmed in 1967, Dustin Hoffman was 30 and the “older woman” Anne Bancroft was only 36; they made him look much younger and her look much older, so it might work the other way around.

    She is delusional if she’s attempting to play a leading lady opposite someone young enough to be her son. Why would she want to spoil the project and ruin it for the audience. Better audition for the mom role or find another part.

    I have no clue but what’s the big deal? If it were a male lead with a woman 1/2 his age, no one would bat an eyelash. And he can look like death warmed over – he’ll still be paired with a woman young enough to be his granddaughter.

    Jennifer Lopez for the female. Can’t think of any young male triple threat. Even if the male looks older than he is, she still wouldn’t be able to pull it off. She looks good for her age, but still looks her age, especially in Hollywood where most every female over 30 has had something done.

    Jennifer Lopez as the female performer and the only male triple threat I can think of that’s half her age is Grant Gustin from The Flash – he was in Glee and they have pointed out a few times of the Flash how good a singer he is.
    Optional – She does look young and brilliant for her age but I would say she looks mid 30s not under 30 like he is so both?

      OMG, I didn’t know this, and it is ridiculous! Sure, she looks good (great even), but there’s NO WAY she’s passable as Conrad Birdie/Nick Jonas’s love interest! She would look so pathetic, and I have to think people would laugh at her when they watch.

      Agreed! And while there’s No Way she looks his age.. I wonder, does she really Need to? Men are forever playing parts with women half their age. That said, she’s too big of a known entity to play that opposite him -it’d be the spectacle of JLo and Nick Jonas, rather than them disappearing into their characters. Still, another older woman shouldn’t be a problem.

      JLo looks GREAT for her age compared to the average woman, truly…but she’s in denial about her actual age number. She doesn’t seem to think the fact that it’s not the early 2000s and she is almost 50 years old matters.
