She got a nose job.

If you are keeping score at home, this is her THIRD nose job.

The goal of the first rhinoplasty was to straighten the dorsum (bridge) and to lift the tip so it didn’t look like she was sneering when she smiled. The second was to refine the lateral side walls to make it look more narrow and feminine. The third reduced the size even more and increased the nasolabial angle (lift the tip).

The goal of this latest surgery was to make the nose slimmer, more refined, and more feminine. We’ll leave it up to you to decide if you think the surgery was a success.

    I’m gonna go with Christina Milian… Saw pics of her from the People’s Choice Awards and barely recognised her (although I suppose that purple monstrosity she was wearing didn’t help either!)

    I do think it’s possible this is K.K. however I’m also tempted to think this is Janelle Evans of Teen Mom. She’s just had a bunch of stuff done to herself as well.

    Even though it says dark haired reality star…. I think this is Khloe.

    Her nose seems to have gotten progressively smaller and now it’s just weird looking. Kim has had pictures here and there recently, so I don’t see when she would have had it done. I don’t know if there’s much left of Caitlyn’s nose to do any work on.

    Although I can’t stand the Kardashians and everything they stand for, I thought Kim was very pretty before. But after seeing the mirror selfie she posted with her sister, all I can wonder is “why?” These girls are in a perpetual ‘makeover’. It’s sad that they can’t learn to love themselves just as they are.

    I know it’s supposed to be Kim, but Khloe has really CHISELED down her nose. I think it’s far too narrow with teeny weeny little nostrils like Latoya, Janet and Michael.

    Those sisters won’t leave well-enough alone and have officially entered the Michael Jackson territory and there’s no going back. They keep getting freakier and freakier looking.

    It looks like waaaaay more than a nose job, she’s unrecognizable in photos at DM. So stupid. She was an exotic beauty when she first became known, now she looks like a cheap mannequin.

    Kim Kardashian has been rumored to have undergone plastic surgery recently – people are saying her face “looks different.” Doesn’t look that different to me, but I also don’t pay much attention to her in general.

    Oh, I now think it’s probably Caitlyn Jenner. Since the “more feminine” was a hint. I haven’t seen the results, but yes, her nose probably does look better for her look as Caitlyn now, not who she was before.

    Caitlyn Jenner posted a picture of herself using her new selfie stick. Her nose looked different at the tip but for some reason I thought the video made her eyes looked crossed. Maybe because she was looking at the selfie stick.

      She really does look abnormal! Her nostrils are huge and tipped so upwards that she looks like a pig. Plus, in the photo I saw her lips looked huge. I didn’t recognize her – I thought maybe she was a friend or relative.
