    Maybe I’m biased bc I hate all things associated with that coven but I have to say they are not respected in the fashion realm…easy marketing pawns, yes. Respected? No..

    I actually thought it was something she’s doing as self-preservation. She’s getting up there in years, and I figured she thought this made her look more relevant or more in touch with youth. It’s like she’s desperate to be seen with them and to be seen promoting them.

      They are SO not trendsetters…..just attention seekers on so many levels. Their “trends” are copied straight from the African-American/hip-hop culture.
      One Example: Cornrows.

      MTV gave Kim and Kylie credit for starting that “trend” when actually African American females have been wearing cornrows for centuries.
