Some reporter got a little too close to knowing too much about her girlfriend. She was sure that the story was going to come out.

And that is why she is now snuggling up to a male colleague.

She will say he is her friend and not her boyfriend, but she wants you to assume that there is some kind of romantic connection between them.

    What’s going on with her? Considering she’s pretty much based her career on sad romantic songs mourning her dead husband, coming out as gay probably wouldn’t be a good business move on her part…

    Maybe she doesn’t want to come out in public because of her concern about what her family in Quebec and if they’ll approve. Especially her mother.

    I believe that the truth will always set you free. If someone doesn’t agree with you, they were never your friend, to begin with.

    My first thought is Taylor Swift, she has a line on the Reputation album song Look what you made me do that says please exclude me from this narrative but I believe she is still with Joe Alwyn

    (She seems to be following in Angelina Jolie’s footsteps lately, i.e. her recent launch of her gender neutral clothes line; her extremely thin aka gaunt appearance, etc.; maybe Celine has UN aspirations too as a 2nd career? I just hope she is doing well both physically & mentally. I don’t work in the medical field as I’m an accountant; but, I imagine if I did & if I had worked with her, I’m certain I would advise her to gain some healthy weight ASAP.)

    There have been plenty of blinds about her being in a same sex relationship so I wouldn’t be surprised. If so she should just own it.

      Right, she should. She probably has more money than God, so she can be her authentic self. For heaven’s sake, she’s CANADIAN. Even if they disapprove, they will be polite about it. No disrespect intended to lesbians or Canadians.

      Actually, she’s from a town in Quebec, and and a good chunk of her french-canadian fanbase are from the small towns who are really super conservative. As in almost MAGA conservative. The notion that her LadyDi level wedding was a sham might not sit as well as you think. I work in entertainment and hear/see a bunch of open secrets but not that much french-canadian stars are openely out, to be honest. Sadly, most that are, usually get yanked out of the closet in a scandal.

      That being said, I would love for her to come out! It would be a BIG step to have another public figure that’s universally considered as wholesome in the french-canadian LGBTQ+ community. Especially a woman, which seems rare around here. The rest of Canada have K.D. Lang and Ellen Page. 😂

      yes celine has always been thin and so have all her siblings….but she has lost more weight and looks imaciated and NOT WELL

    Optional: Mid-life crisis? Pill addiction? Whatever it is, I hope she gets a firm handle on her weight issue. She looks desperately ill.

    she is rumored closeted and has been for a long time. her late husband was more of a ‘protector’ of her than an actual romantic partner. who knows what that entailed. the boytoy is to ‘throw off the scent’

      I remember seeing a very early interview of her. They asked her if she was in love with someone and she became very emotional and said she was but that things were complicated. They assumed it was because Rene Angélil was still married to someone else at the time. I think it was because she was in love with a woman.
      I believe she loved Rene deeply, as you love your best friend, but she was in love with someone else.

      Celine needs to bust out of that closet already. Everybody knows her marriage was an arrangement. I don’t get it. There is absolutely no one around that believes this woman is heterosexual. Maybe I am missing something.
