Seat Them Apart

[Blind Gossip] Everyone looked great and seemed to be smiling at last night’s Screen Actor’s Guild Awards. However, two women may not have been genuinely happy to see each other!

They were seated at the same table but both made sure ahead of time that they would definitely not be seated next to each other or across from each other. I don’t know what their beef was, but they were definitely trying to stay away from each other.

They are both actresses on a project that was nominated.

    Taraji P. Henson and Octavia Spencer. Clue: The table looks like it is from The Help, the movie Octavia won a Oscar for Best Supporting Actress.

    I highly doubt its anyone from Hidden Figures. My guess is going to be Jessica Williams and Salma Hayek, likely after that luncheon gone awry.

      Color me corrected. I didnt see the part where it said they worked on the same project together. I still dont think its HF. Im going to say…

    Taraji and Octavia… not sure why but I do feel that Taraji was overlooked for s nomination because she’s a television actress, even though she had an Oscar nomination before. All of them were great in the film but I don’t know how and why Octavia received a nomination and not Taraji. That breakdown scene was so powerful, she chewed up the screen.

    Probably Taraji, she always acts obnoxious and has to hog the limelight, as in the speech she gave when the film won.

    The actresses must’ve been either in Hidden Figures or Manchester By The Sea.

    Whatever the project really was, It would be interesting to find what caused the feud or whatever the problem is – jealousy &/or a man would be too easy to speculate.

    Idk why at all but I just feel like this is Taraji P. Henson and Octavia Spencer from the cast of the film Hidden Figures. For some reason, I can imagine them not getting along; they just seem like such different “types”, personality-wise, you know? But if not them… I got nothin, lol. Excited to see other guesses.

    Think this Taraji Henson and Octavia Spencer.Sure Cookie Lyons is angry she wasn’t nominated and Spencer was for
    Sag award and Oscar. Saw the film yesterday I though Hensons performance outshone Spencer’s I’d be pissed too. Don’t mess with Cookie.
