She was saying that [Actor] was always such a nice guy and that maybe she made a mistake breaking up with him. She contacted him and said she was going to take a little mini-vacation to [Resort] and asked him if he wanted to hang out for  a couple of days. She was really casual about it but she was hoping he would say yes. He already had plans to go on vacation with some other girl. I wouldn’t say that [Actress] was totally crushed or anything, but she was definitely a little bummed that he isn’t available.

    I think it’s pretty likely they’ll get back together, esp since they’ve managed to stay such good friends.
    I’d imagine dating an ex is better than dating Chris Martin and Goop-y.
