November 7, 2016 Blind Gossip

donald-trump-6[Blind Gossip] This well-known actress has been publicly supportive of Hillary Clinton during this election cycle. While she is not one of those people to go pounding on dormitory doors, she has engaged in other activities to make it clear that Clinton is her choice for President.

She was recently at an event where she had a little too much to drink. On her way home, she told the driver… that she is actually voting for Donald Trump!

She said that because she is a woman she can’t walk around Hollywood telling people that she is voting for Trump. She said, “No one would work with me ever again!” So she tells everyone that she is voting for Clinton.

Emma Roberts? She is on “Scream Queens” where the first season was on a University campus, thus “not pounding on dormitory doors”. She has been seen wearing HRC t-shirt.

After seeing Reese Witherspoon wearing red today, plus the fact that she’s a known alcoholic – I think it’s her.

  5. Moonpie says

    November 8, 2016 at 4:00 pm

Oh please, a lot of these celebs who publicly support Hilary will not be voting for her. Maybe Stein or someone else and definitively not True, but not Hilary. Susan Sarandon had the guts to say what everyone one knows. She hates the corruption. The celebs know where their bread is buttered and unless you are a Clint or Arnold, you are not going to voice your true vote. That tells you they know the tyranny they work under. But whatever.

    November 8, 2016 at 11:24 am

Oh and I’m going to guess Reese Witherspoon too. She drinks a lot, and has been in movies where she played a college student, hence the dormitory comment. Also- the photo of her in today’s blind.

    Ace-

Just thought you should know that today I’m saying “screw politics”, and heading to the beach with my dog where we will skip through the sand singing:

    “Never gonna give you up
    Never gonna let you down
Never gonna run around and desert you
    Never gonna make you cry
    Never gonna say goodbye
Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you”

    🙂

LOL, my first thought was wouldn’t that be funny if it was Cher…..she has been so anti Trump. I don’t generally divulge who I vote for but if asked I don’t lie. I give my reasons but don’t get myself into some big debate with someone voting for another party. I really can’t stand it when people try to sway you to their side. The phrase “so we agree to disagree” comes in very handy sometimes…..

  13. Gemzan says

    November 8, 2016 at 4:54 am

And your comment is a prime example of why this actress is keeping her DT support on the DL. You have stereotyped millions of Americans who support Trump, which includes every racial group, gender, LBGTQ/straight and education level. Had you attended a Trump event you would have seen the diversity. Don’t believe everything the MSM tells you.

  14. Female says

    November 8, 2016 at 3:15 am

I feel like “pounding on dormitory doors” is a clue. It must be someone with a link to college or university-type movies or TV shows. Emma Watson was a guess, but of course she is not a U.S. citizen.

If I admitted voting for Trump I’d be blacklisted in my industry. I didn’t actually end up voting for him, but I think it’s creepy that so many people feel there’s only one “right” way to vote.

  18. GretaGuesses says

    November 7, 2016 at 10:28 pm

I have no idea who the actress is, but I actually imagine that there are many who are voting for Trump, but are unable to be open about it. I am a Democrat woman for Trump. I can’t go through four or eight more years of what we’re going through now. My vote is really a vote against the Progressive Globalist Establishment. Someone needs to shake things up, and since Trump is hated by the media and establishment of both parties, I think he just might be the guy we need.

I consider myself Center-Right. If I know that I’m in with a bunch of lefties or far righties, I just stay quiet and don’t comment. I don’t like to argue or hotly “discuss”. You’re not going to convince anyone.

Reese Witherspoon? I wonder if pounding on the dormitory door is a reference to Legally Blonde. Also, we know she is pretty mouthy when she’s drunk.

No one should be seen to be or suggestiong that they endorse a candidate that they don’t believe in…but then again, the actress saves her career and the candidate may win supporters!?

I generally tell people that it is a secret vote and I keep my opinion private. I live in an area of the country that is dominated by the opposite party (from the one I am registered for and mostly vote for). I learned a long time ago that keeping your mouth shut here is an essential survival skill. Smiling and nodding when people start discussing how awesome the opposite party is….definitely the way to go. So is changing the subject.

I try not to talk about what I think if the company I’m in is in the opposite camp. The world is tough enough. If I think we can get on civilly, I’ll say what I think. My cousins are in the opposite party that I’m in and I just stfu. They want to try and convert me, I think.

  39. TopChef says

I’m a university professor, and am subject to the same prejudice as the actress. I consider myself fiscally conservative/socially liberal, but I would never reveal this to my university colleagues for fear that it would affect future promotions. Almost everyone else is extremely liberal/liberal.

I don’t know who the actress is, but she would have a similar experience in the tech world where I work. You will lose business and if you’re unemployed you will get blacklisted. Many of us are afraid of doxing so we either say we’re voting for Hillary or Johnson.

  48. Baileygirl says

    November 7, 2016 at 1:45 pm

It would be hilarious if it were Lena Dunham. Her rap video for Hillary was so bad that a commentator wondered if she were secretly for Trump. Wow, talk about no courage of your convictions.
I try to stay away from politics in social conversations. We were brought up to never mention religion, politics or sex in a social setting because those are the three topics that get people really polarized. It is a different world, but I still chose to keep my opinions private around others.

I visited some friends for a weekend. Had NO idea they were rabid Trump fans. At first, I had no problems with a spirited debate (I’m Never Hillary & Never Trump). Every reason why they shouldn’t support Trump was met with “but he isn’t Hillary”. It got tedious. Asked them to speak on his qualifications w/o mentioning her… they couldn’t. After an hour, I considered faking an emergency to drive home 4hrs but I have atrocious night vision, so I feigned needing to sleep. He still texts me…

Love to “discuss”; maybe I’ll learn something I didn’t know, maybe they will. Not trying to change minds, just trying to educate myself.
Very sad and ashamed many these days do not take this responsibility more seriously. Most of the same discussions also included “I’m Republican, I vote Republican” WTH?! BTW, not a good reason no matter the party affiliations!

Just a question. If you were going to have brain surgery and Hilary was a Neurosurgeon and Donald a business man..who would you leave your fate up to? I also have started cutting people out of my inner circle who support Trump because its representative of their character. Anyone who supports Trump, supports his racism sexism mysogony and the sexual battery of women, so I would understand friends disassociating themselves

I don’t have any idea who the actress is but if she really feels that way then perhaps she should not be publicly supporting Hillary. If there is such pressure to conform to keep working in Hollywood then it would be better not to say anything at all publicly. I am getting kinda tired of celebrities telling me what I should think or do to be honest.

  64. TeacherKat says

    November 7, 2016 at 1:11 pm

Optional: No. I live in a very liberal area and, unfortunately, many people will end friendships if you don’t vote progressive/democrat. So, it’s best to either lie, or avoid the conversation at all costs.
