[Pop Bitch] Which news team sent a couple of reporters to the building where Diana’s body was being housed pre-f*neral?
They tried to gain access by posing as gas workers responding to a call about a leak, but were sent on their way by security – and then tailed.

I remember that thing she used to do with looking down & then slowly raising just her eyes with her head still down.
Very effective. When I tried to copy it I looked like a thief looking for something to steal
Marvella says
I don’t understand why they stalked her the way they did. Shameful.

News of the World
They seemed sleazy enough to do this
itstarapagain says
This sounds like something that the Murdoch publications would have done. Disgusting.
I think of she her making AIDS patients human beings again simply by shaking a man’s hand. People were acting as if those afflicted should be exiled like leper colonies (Reagan was still refusing to acknowledge the disease) yet young Diana demonstrated such compassion by giving them back their dignity when they needed it most. She made the world a better place by that one act.
Ihatenate says
No idea but am so happy they didnt succeed. Its bad enough knowing the picture of her with the oxygen mask exists. ?
When I think of her I think of her radiant smile and all of the good she did….AIDS, landmines, etc…. may she finally be resting in peace.

The National Enquirer
When I think of her, I think of someone with Borderline Personality Disorder. Chronically feeling empty unless someone else is paying attention to her, adultizing her children (making them feel emotionally responsible for her happiness), interfering in other people’s marriages, unable to keep long-term friendships, etc, mood swings, suicide attempts, etc. Beautiful, but deeply flawed.
BetteBoo25 says
In a way it seems that two people with this disorder would make a perfect couple.
They’d feed off of and fullfill each others need for constant attn and focus. Nothing would ever be “too much” bc they both crave the smothering.

Optional: my favorite memory is seeing a picture of Diana in a bikini very pregnant with Harry. I never saw a pregnant woman in a bikini before. She looked beautiful. She would be very proud of her kids now.

I have no idea, but it’s not TMZ since they started in 2005.

One of the UK trashy tabloids. The Sun?
I always think of her in her innocent kindergarten teacher days, specifically the photo with the back-lit, accidentally see-through skirt. To me this photo epitomises the beginning of the end.

Sky News?
When I think of Princess Diana, I think of how the wreck happened the evening of my daughter’s 8th birthday party. I also remember waking up early to watch Diana marry Prince Charles. And forever etched in my mind is Elton John singing a modified version of Candle in the Wind at her funeral.

No idea on the reporters from England
,Optional: When I hear Diana’s name, the first image I think about is her arriving at St. Paul’s Cathedral in her wedding dress.
LAJuice says
Gotta be Fox or Rupert Murdoch.
MikeInSanJose says
Sounds like they would work for Rupert Murdoch’s sleazy tabloid The Sun.
When I think of her, I think of a loving, caring individual who had her fair share of messed up stuff happen to her. Her work with Aids patients, her work clearing landmines, and her other charitable work far outweighs any skeletons she might have had in her closet.
Grande Queso says
CNN. They pose all the time as “real news” why would this be far-fetched? 😀
Figgy says
Possibly Channel 4, they just aired a Diana documentary? When you hear Diana’s name, what is the first image that comes to mind? I remember being four years old, sitting in the living room watching the royal wedding on television. I can still remember her amazing dress.

The BBC
It felt like a gut punch when I heard the horrific news of Diana’s passing. I’m from Kansas City, and adored the Princess. She was indeed…the people’s Princess. JFK Jr’s tragic death 2 years later had me facing the approaching millennium with a heavy heart and a sense of dread. RIP dearest Diana.
Raoul Duke says
I still get saddened by JFK Jr. death, it was like he was stolen and his light was not yet meant to go out. Just like Diana.

Don’t know. ..The BBC?
My first image is her beautiful smile. I was always an admirer of hers. She took what life threw at her and made her own way.
proloz says
Has to be Fox.
Only clue I can figure out is it says they were tailed. Foxtail.
First image that comes to mind is her with sick children.
javelina says
I almost lost my lunch reading this. It’s hard to believe that people can sink this low.
JerzeyJenn says
? What? OMG! If this is true one can only ascertain they weren’t there to interview her…but to get pictures of her body?? What sick f*x if so…and i hope they were caught, publicly humiliated, prosecuted, and sent to prison!
Nobody’s a SAINT & Allegedly she wasn’t “perfect.” But…Most who knew her had really great things to say about her. You could just tell not fake or forced. & From the good i know she did do on her own free will I would say pretty darn close. JMO ☺

Something owned by Rupert Murdock…Fox, perhaps? Or an English newsteam from the Daily Mail? Utterly disgusting, whomever it was
When I hear Diana’s name, I remember her as how healthy and extremely happy and beautiful she looked in the last several months of her life, including the time she spent with her adorable little boys. It was as if she had rebloomed, even better the second time. Guess that’s why it was even more shocking to hear of her death. And twenty years ago, already!…

Going to go with Sky as its owned my Murdoch (who also owns the Sun), sounds like something they would do.
