    Zac ‘TryHard’ Efron. He literally walks around with his arms flexed and drops his voice in interviews? WTH is going on with that kid?!? So much effort, so much TRY; it’s gross and ultimately kind of sad, the whole charade.

    Zac Efron. I saw the Baywatch pictures and I was more surprised than turned on by his muscles. They seemed fake, like a really over-sculpted Ken doll.

    I have a weakness for naturally muscly arms. Not the veiny bulging arms, but the strong US Marine hot tamale arms. I was even in a store once and saw a marine with the muscly superhero arms a la Captain America and my legs forgot how to leg. Awkward (but awesome)

    I liked really ripped/buff men before I got more mature. Now, I’ll take mine more real & healthy.

    I don’t know why but I am going to say Mark Wahlberg.
    And being a Straight man I will say neither.
    However, being a straight man I will say I prefer women to be natural.
    You don’t need a fake rear end, fake boobs or lips. Let your natural beauty shine through, have a pleasant personality, be reasonably intelligent and interesting and you’ll get noticed.

    Zac Efron. His muscles look so disgustingly unnatural and he’s so obviously roided-out I’m kind of shocked they (studio/producers/director) let him do this.

    I find super ripped bodies gross, tbh. Don’t know many women who like that juice-head, vein-y look, but know PLENTY of gay men who drool over that kind of stuff.

    Zac Efron who looked better a little less ripped, and not as muscular. It is a fine line some people who are lean from exercise or sports or from dance have incredible physiques but once you start doing the juice they look funny

    def zac. just saw some pix and it looked like it would take a lot of effort. sad thing is when guys bulk up the minute they stop the work outs they get really flabby. thats why Vin Diesel looks so doughy. Or Steven Amall while he’s not shooting arrow

      Stephen Amell has talked about how hard it is to maintain that physique for Arrow.
      I read in an interview that he only does more intense working out now when scenes are written to have shirts off and he needs to know well in advance so he can kick up his workout routine because he’s discovered that it’s too rigorous to work that hard all the time. He’s also tried to minimize unnecessary clothing removal in scripts now — sad for us, but probably the best thing for him now and in the long…

    What the eff is Perez talking about “do it naturally”? There IS no way to look as ripped and buff as men want to look w/o taking steroids. There simply is no way. A regular, noncheating, in shape guy would look like a scrawny weasel now that we’re all so accustomed to seeing bulging muscles. (I prefer the scrawny look myself — fake muscle bulk is gross.)

    I have no idea, but honestly, ripped guys don’t do anything for me but signal “All I care about is my body.” Give me a reasonably proportioned guy (and I don’t care for shaving, waxing, or manscaping, either) and I’m happy. Add smarts, kindness, and sense of humor, and I’m salivating.

    Zac Efron for the movie Baywatch. I saw a picture of him on the beach and was amazed at how big and ripped he is now. His abs looked painted on! And maybe they were.

    Optional: It depends. I like strong arms, but I’m not a big fan of muscles so big that you can see veins popping out of their skin. The Rock (also in Baywatch) can pull it off. I like Chris Evans and Chris Pratt and Chris Pine and their body types.

    Give me a natural, cuddly body any day. “Ripped” really does not interest me, and there’s usually a really dumb head attached to such bodies anyway.

    I saw a picture of Zack Efron the other day with the Rock. Zack was shirtless and I immediately thought, there was no way he bulked up naturally.
    I actually thought he had gotten muscle implants.
    But, taking a drug seems more his speed.

    Oh, I don’t know. Vin Diesel or The Rock, I suppose…I like something in between a dad bod and a gay gym bunny, in the middle, on the bell curve….but I do often worry when I read about tha steroids. The ‘roid rage and the terrible effects on the body – does that reverse itself after they stop taking that stuff? Do they go back to normal? (I’m talking mentally and sexually. I know the cut muscles disappear, but does the ‘shrinkage’ reverse itself?)
