Last Chance At Freedom

freedom 1[Blind Gossip] For those of you who hoped that this athlete was sincere about taking care of some issues, we have this update:

I overheard him making plans to go back to Coachella this weekend. He had a great time last weekend and he said that if he goes this weekend it would be “Awesome, Man” and that this could be his “Last chance at freedom.”

We don’t know what he meant by that last phrase. Going somewhere, Cowboy?

    Manziel…. no surprise. EVERYONE has let him get away with this same behavior for years… why would he think he couldn’t now…. unless he wants help, it will all end badly for him

    Cowboy- he is from Texas (referring to Dallas Cowboys also, where he wanted to go), issues- going to rehab and his drinking and possible coke problems

    No he will go to Coachella. He says his partying does not bother anyone, yet his agent just dropped his ass and the Browns could not get rid of his entitled lazy drunk self. What an entitled puke.

      I hit post too soon, it should say at Coachella. The hint is Cowboy, as the rumors are that Jerry Jones (the owner of the Cowboys) wants the team to sign him.

      And he’ll definitely go back; despite the fact that it’s fairly obvious that he has substance abuse issues I think that Manziel thinks he’s fine.

    And he’s not laying low.
    He’s finished in the NFL. He thinks he is entitled; which means he’s not coach-able.
    Johnny doesn’t understand that it is a privilege to play in the NFL, not a right.
    If he was serious about his NFL future, he’d be spending his ‘freedom’ in the gym, studying the Cowboys playbook, and associating with receivers/trainers/coaches that are well connected to other players/athletes in the NFL.
