[Blind Gossip] You hear about stars dropping their agent or manager or publicist all the time to go with someone they think can make them more successful.

However, when you hear about an agent or manager or publicist dropping their client like a hot potato, it’s almost always because the client has gotten out of control!

This male singer is very popular, is worth tens of millions of dollars, and has literally millions of followers on social media. You would think that anybody would be thrilled to represent him.

Nope.

He just got dropped – hard – by one of his longtime reps.

They just couldn’t deal with his drug use any more. Working with someone this self-destructive is both exhausting and untenable.

    It’s amazing how many things this guy has not shown up for….from concerts to TV appearances to in-store appearances for his Zayn x Versus line to studio time with other celebs (Tyler the Creator was planning a collab with Zayn, but he flaked on the recording session twice, according to Tyler.)

    His crazy fans are blaming racism for the fact he was dropped by his management, but the fact is he is just too unreliable.

    He is said to be dumped by his management after becoming verbally abusive to staff. In fact; his manager, Sarah Stennett didn’t want another OD case after Lil Peep.

    Zayn Malik’s manager just dumped him. He won’t promote his work, tour, do appearances…who would want to deal with such a headache of a client?

    Yes she was absolutely right to cut him loose. He may record music but the money comes in from going out on tour and promoting the hell out of it. Since he’s too drugged up to do any of that, best to cut their losses.

    Is this Zayn Malik? Just read he’s been dropped by Sarah Zennett ( his agent I believe ) because he’s “ difficult “ to work with .
    Personally , I’d do the same thing , there’s only so many cover up stories that you can spin. Also , he needs to want to help himself with regards to his drug use. I wouldn’t be able to stand by and watch someone self destruct.. no amount of wage is worth it . Plus , my conscience wouldn’t allow me to .

If her livelyhood is based on promoting an artist, and the artist is not interested in promoting themselves, you have every right to drop them. His stans will go off about “mental health”, which is real, but she’s also gotta look out for herself.
