Health Issue Means Publicity Push

woman headphones[Blind Gossip] We hear that this singer’s family is exaggerating a health issue.

We don’t know why they are telling everyone it’s cancer. We were told “nodule or polyp.” A nodule is like a callous and a polyp is like a blister. Singers get them on their vocal cords all the time. They’re not tumors and even tumors aren’t necessarily cancer.

Why exaggerate the condition?

Her music isn’t selling well and tickets aren’t selling well. They’ll get some headlines and public sympathy and a “comeback” tour boost after interviews about how brave she is. The real benefit is to the rest of the family. Even though she has distanced herself from them, they’re going to milk this to the max. They want to push some of the younger ones into the spotlight, so it’s good timing.

    From the way the blind is worded, it makes it sound as if it’s not Janet that’s putting out the throat cancer rumor but her family, and she has distanced herself from them to the point of marrying a foreigner and going overseas. I don’t blame her.
    And how the f is it that both Joe and Katherine keep on living…and living…and living…while MJ is off performing with Elvis in heaven? Karma, u need to get off ur ash, ur missing some people…

    I think she distanced herself (even more so)after that ‘Grannygate’ incident ; I still don’t understand what was behind it.

    The third generations of the Jacksons is trying to get in the public eye and make money and, unfortunately, it’s not working.

    As for family spreading rumors…………………………………………..totally unacceptable.

    I have suffered with vocal chord polyps/nodules on and off for years. They often grow in bunches like grapes, and even after having them removed, they can often grow back. Each time, my doctor, after examining them with a special mirror down my throat, would ease my mind and tell me that they are not cancerous, but of course, would have to wait for biopsy report after surgery. Disgusting to exagerate a medical condition on anyone, ever!

      The Jacksons are a lot like the Kardashians — very hard to like, addicted to plastic surgery and always LYING. At least they started out with some talent, though, back in their Jackson 5 days.
